For a girl like me it is not very easy to find a place I can feel comfortable to train. I really like the trainers here and the manager is always trying to keep my motivation high when I'm exhausted. Thank you for helping me in my process your part is undeniable

Love coming here. I do the personal training, small group personal training (up to 3 in a group, nothing like working out with my friends) and Bootcamp in Patterson Park in warner weather. I love it all. The trainers are amazing and really care about their clients. They challenge me to do better in my workouts and pay attention to my form which is really important to me. No two workouts are the same so it never gets boring. I also love that I can walk there. I've been going for about 4 years now and it is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Best personal trainers in Baltimore. My Mom travels an hour for training. I'm hitting PR regularly. The Turkey to Tree Challenge is just one way Jodi keeps nutrition & cardio interesting.

CCF is the best! I have done both personal training (with Matt - he rocks!!) and groupx classes. The tight knit community and extremely fun and helpful instructors are why this has been my favorite workout spot. There’s a great variety of class type and the equipment is plentiful. I love this place! I'm in the 'getting back into shape' part of my fitness journey and am having so much fun at CCF. I've been going here for 6 weeks for the Small Group Personal Training as well as the Group X classes and I recommend both. The instructors and other clients are very inclusive and supportive. There's a lot of functional training so expect to sweat and get stronger :) Highly recommend!

There is no better personalized training in the city! Classes are equally wonderful & right-sized! Small enough for trainers to make suggestions and adjustments. Big enough for having fun. Overall a welcoming, supportive fitness studio to take you to your next level whether it's getting healthy or reaching your next PR.

Do you have trouble actually showing up to the gym? Charm City Fitness can likely fix that problem. They offer group classes with a very different feel that your typical, gigantic, judgmental gym.

Class sizes range from ~4-12 people, so you get lots of personal accountability and attention. The trainers are knowledgeable and can give great modifications depending on your ability/comfort level.

This gym is class-based, so you must either be there for a small group class, bootcamp, or personal training. You cannot stop in to workout (for me this was not a problem because I never would go

I participated in their spring boot camp and have done some of their studio classes. I really have enjoyed working out with this studio and highly recommend them!

Boot Camp - They run outdoor boot camps in Patterson Park in 8 week intervals. I participated in the spring one and it kicked. my. butt. In a good way! It was a ton of running (which I hate), but I got (a little) better as the class went along. I was in terrible terrible shape coming into the boot camp and at the heaviest weight ever and won't hesitate to say participating in it was one of the hardest things I've ever

Can't say enough good things about my experience at Charm City Fitness. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and mostly importantly, unpretentious. This is truly a place everyone...regardless of fitness level. In addition to great professional instruction, you'll really have fun with the staff and look forward to your sessions.

They helped me prepare for my first triathlon and I really couldn't have done it without them.

Highly recommend!
