Physical Fitness is the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigor and alertness, without undue fatigue and with ample energy to enjoy leisure-time pursuits and respond to emergencies. The Center for Disease Control recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate cardio exercise and twice weekly strength training exercises that work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms).
