This is such a lovely restaurant, one that more people should visit. The entire dining experience was incredible. It’s a family run restaurant and it absolutely shines through. The hostess/waitress was tremendously kind and helpful. I got the honey chicken and it was delicious. I love that the food is made to order. When we were eating the chef came out to make sure the food was good. Really not much more you can ask for. Impeccable establishment.

After going to James’ Kitchen for the first time a month ago, today will be my third time back in a month. The chicken wings are absolutely to die for. Have had the bulgogi beef twice as well, which is comparable to mongolian beef, but their signature sauce makes it all the better. I love the texture of the meat there, tender but crispy, almost like it was flash fried. I only wish I got a bit more food for an entree because it’s so good and I want leftovers to take home- that’s my only complaint. The wait time is average for a restaurant of its size and staff. Everyone is extremely friendly

Amazing food . The owner and his wife are some of the nicest most kind hearted people you could ever meet. James definitely takes pride in his cooking . It's a must for the Springfield area .he even made us a special dinner with chanterelle mushrooms I brought in for him . The chicken wings are definitely something to wright home about .

A nice place run by husband and wife. It serves Texas, America and Twainese food. We had pork two ways,broccoli and potatoes. The pork was tender and so flavorful. The broccoli was the best I have ever had in a restaurant. The baked potatoe was fully cooked and seasoned to perfection. The wife came to clear the plates she asked my husband "That too green for you?" You see my husband jokes that as a child he must of been bitten by something green, because he has a strong aversion to anything green. We had been together for 15 years before he ever ate a taco salad.
