Finley's Tap House

I really like Finley's. There's a good vibe in there, the food is delicious, it's a casual spot to meet up for a meal with your buddies or go on a date. It's got a nice outdoor dining area too.

So many good things can be said about this place. Very large beer selection with great prices as well. The fried chicken sandwich is phenomenal and the portions are huge. Well worth the prices.

The food was great. A little pricey, but worth it. They were able to accommodate our large group on short notice and the staff made it work. Will absolutely be going back again.

Fan TASTIC mixed drinks, wonderful cocktails. Food was high quality, well above a tap house. Lovely ambience and servers are amazing, the bartender has impeccable taste and the chefs are talented and the food comes out perfectly to a timely fashion. What a lovelt little gem tucked away from te big names, and certainly worth a night drink and meal for a date. Cremebrule was to die for.

Very romantic setting, amazing food, though might be considered costly to some. Extremely professional & courteous wait service. Would recommend.

Not bad, not great! Loved holiday cocktails! That was fun and unique I thought! Service was great! Loved the beer cheese soup, the Cajun pasta was good, the Asian chicken noodles were way too sweet for my liking.

This place has good food and drinks, the manager of last night was super nice BUT THE BUSGIRL ( a very young blonde in a pony tail ) CAME OVER MY FOOD TO PICK UP ANOTHER PLATE - COMPLETELY GOING OVER MY MEAL WITH HER SLEEVE. JUST AWFUL! SUCH BAD MANNERS FROM STAFF- BEWARE

This has to be one of my favorite casual restaurants in town. Food is always delicious and the service is outstanding! They have a great rotating tap menu that I appreciate.
If you can request Jessica, you will be happy you did. She is an amazing server and very knowledgeable of all the food and drinks they serve.
I've gone here countless times and have been pleased with every experience. This is a place I can recommend to anyone looking for some great drinks and food out with family or friends!

We searched for a place in town that has outside sitting and went there. Unfortunately it was raining and outside sitting area was closed. I had their ribeye steak (medium) and my husband had the fish. We both liked our food. Things to improve. Medium steak doesn't mean bloody meat, cook it a little more. Have some sort of fresh something by the dish, small salad, tomatoes, anything but just meat and potatoes. I like this place, it is our new favorite place. Friendly servers.

Wanted to get food from here. After calling like 5 times without an answer, we decided to just order online. We placed the order, drove all the way to the restaurant, and it was closed. On sundays it said on the door that it is open 11-9 as it did online, but clearly that was false.

I've been eating here for a couple years now and it's been the most dependable restaurant i've ever found. Always great food, excellent beer selection and warm, friendly staff. This last time was over the top though. I messaged the restaurant on Messenger about a surprise birthday candle for my gf dessert. They ran out to Walgreen's to get a candle! Fantastic evening at our favorite Springfield restaurant. I highly recommend (we had the gouda burger and the farmhouse salad).

Beer served was flat, and we were told by the waiter that we were wrong about that, the beer comes out of the "same tap"...made no sense. We offered the waiter to taste the beer, but he just kept making us feel like we were incorrect. No customer wants to feel like they are making a fuss or are wrong about their observations.

Food was good, nice outdoor venue. I think the owners need to know that we did not have a great experience with the way we were treated.

Overall enjoyable experience! Drinks were good and food was good. Service was great too. Loved our server! Sweet and cool young lady!
The bruschetta appetizer was excellent. I had the jalapeño chicken flatbread which was great! Be warned, those jalapeños are full strength!! My wife had the Thai chicken saute which was pretty good. Sauce a little too sweet but overall enjoyable.
Outside seating was great! Perfect weather for it tonight. Overall good experience and worth a visit!

I have always enjoyed this restaurant, however my recent experience was disappointing. My friend and I both ordered the barbecue chicken as there was a VERY limited menu of about twelve items. There was no mention of the chicken being blackened, however, the chicken was completely black on all sides. We were not sure if it was supposed to be blackened or if it was just plain burned. The pepper was so thick and spicy on the chicken that both of us stripped all traces of the skin from it. It didn’t really help, as the spice was all through the meat. Ok service. However I think it's overpriced for the quality of the food. Started with the onion rings and they were undercooked and doughy. I got a chicken horseshoe, chicken was burnt and dry. Fries and cheese sauce were cold as they were sitting there for some time. Only got a refill on my drink once. I've been here a few times trying to give it an honest effort but I just don't see myself returning sadly.

We stopped in on a Saturday evening and had a good cold brew while waiting for outdoor seating. It was a beautiful evening, not hot, no wind, and the outdoor area is on the east side of the building so no sun to deal with. We were really enjoying our good food until customers showed up with 2 large dogs, and sat at the table next to ours. The tables are very close in this area and we were concerned with dogs being so close by. Now don't get me wrong , I like dogs and will agree some dogs behave better than their owners, however we were not interested in eating with the dogs so we moved

We had never heard of this place and just picked it from a google list. This can go two ways good or bad.. this was fantastic. Great service, great drinks, amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. We now can’t wait to return and try some other choices for drinks and dinner. The selection of both is extensive.

I have been here off and on since they opened. I am never sure what to order. I got the chicken and waffles. The waitress offered to swap out hot chicken for regular chicken. Wow! Chicken was so crispy and juicy. Waffles were small but just the right size with butter and syrup. As a meal - delicious! The place was busy but they handled it all. I will up my rating to 5 if it's this good next time.

So appreciate the gluten free bun they offer and their gf menu which suggests changes and omissions to make many dishes gf. They have gf pasta but require advance notice or a slow time to boil a fresh pot of water to avoid cross-contamination. The house burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. Definitely worth a visit.

Great stop on our way home! The food was good, not extraordinary, but certainly above average "bar food". Service was very personable and fast. We both ordered salads - house salad with salmon, and iceberg wedge which were very fresh and are large portions, so beware. The fried cheese curds and dip appetizer we ordered was our favorite! Prices are good. Would definitely eat here again!

Decent spot. Food is pretty good and service is usually great. I've had a couple iffy servers, but the last time I went the server was awesome. I'm not a fan of their cocktails- they're just off. The flavors are too sweet or too bitter, never quite right. However, they have good beer here!

Don't get the "caesar" salad. It isn't a caesar salad. It was the most plain salad I have ever seen.

Cheese sauce has zero flavor.

Hey! I love restaurants with menu items that are unique from the status quo- why I decided to visit this one from out of town. Ordered to-go because of COVID, and got a Salmon Goat Cheese Flatbread with no goat cheese, and a Tater Tot Starter with no tomatoes. Took away from a lot of the flavor- with no goat cheese to cut the saltiness, the olives on the flatbread were too much. Really had high hopes and paid a pretty penny for two menu items without essential ingredients /:

Finley's will always have a special place in our hearts. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is awesome, but most importantly it was where my soon-to-be wife and I had our first date. So we might be a little biased; but that's ok!

Their food stands out in Springfield. The dishes are creative, they always put their own spin on a dish. Also, their horseshoes are on par with the other places that serve them around here (house made white cheese sauce). I've never had any issues with staff, everyone has been friendly. The pulled pork sandwich or brisket sandwich are a must try. While you're at it (if it's fall or winter) get a "Main Street Assalted Caramel beer with a sugar rim", you won't regret that.

This was our first time here and everything was top of the line, easily one of the the best places to eat in Springfield.

Starting with stelar service with very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable wait staff. Which only was topped by incredible food. Large portions. High quality.

Adding in a great atmosphere and design to the dinning room. Great current music playing at the perfect level: not too low you can't hear it but not too loud you can't hear your table partners.

Not customer-friendly establishment. Lazy, lackluster service. Apathetic staff.
With growing competition around the place it won't be in business much longer.
