Mario's Pizza

Lots of choices for food! Fried mushrooms are yummy! We had a Christmas party in the private room.

Excellent food. Tortellini Soup to die for. Pizza is average but the rest of the menu is awesome.

Mario's, please get back to being awesome! Messed our orders up last night and forgot one of our orders! Sat at the drive-up window for nearly 15 minutes while the employees scrambled around with no one really appearing to be in control.

Great pizza, had the buffet, a lot of choices in pizza, pasta salad and soup. They were reasonably priced!!

Place is more like a 1970's bar then pizza hut. Minus the cigarette smoke. Very nice local dive and they make great pizza too boot 10/10 would recommend

Carry out. $35.00 for noodles lightly covered with sauce. Horrible. Maybe they should hire more than kids in the kitchen.

Honest to G-D!!! The only reason I'm giving two stars is because what food I do get is good, but seriously!?!
I've ordered from them three different times, and ALL THREE TIMES there is something missing from the order. And this I time I actually made the order-taker repeat the order back to me, so I know they got the whole order. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER MARIOS-there's no excuse for this!!!

Horrible service! We live down the street from this restaurant and have been ordering pickup from this place for 10 yrs! They often get our order wrong but because we are close we just drive back up there and get things straightened out, sometimes it took two trips. Tonight we were informed that they are charging $5 for blue cheese for our wings that has always been included. $5.00!! The manager was extremely rude!! We are done!! There are too many other restaurants to continue to put up with this crap. Do yourself a favor and pick a different restaurant. Your blood pressure will appreciate it

Great thin crust pizza at great prices. Pasta and sandwiches too. They also have a tasty buffet. Love this place.

Excellent food. We had lasagna which included soup or salad and garlic bread and breadsticks. I had salad which was really fresh and my daughter had soup which was great too. Nice extensive menu. Lasagna is enough to bring home for an additional meal. Service was great.

Their food is good but I am giving three stars because it's way too over priced. The prices reflect that of a higher end restaurant and their decor is mediocre at best.

Visiting from out of town and we needed something close to the hotel. This was a late dinner so I can't speak for a busier time of day. Portions were very large. Price is moderate for an Italian place but portion size makes it a very good value. Staff was attentive though she wasn't fully familiar with the menu. However, she made sure everything was correct. I would come to again to try something else.

I'm being generous giving this Mario's a 2 star. It's below average.
We've been here a few times in the evening for dinner. The food has always been OK. Nothing exceptional but not bad either. Service has been spotty. Sometimes we've had a decent waitress. Other times we've had waitresses who acted like all they wanted was for everyone to leave them alone so they could go home. We've never had exceptional service - just OK to bad. A 3 star for just an average place to eat dinner.
We've been to the lunch buffet 3 times. Each time it was a sorry sub-par buffet

Tried the lunch buffet and it was highly disappointing.
Hostess not the most pleasant person.
The pasta was greasy?
The pizza was dried out and had obviously been sitting out way too long.
Breadsticks were just reheated, frozen bread.
Salad was average.
Nachos at Italian restaurant on buffet? Not good at all.
$10 for this limited and mediocre buffet is not worth it.
I wouldn't recommend the buffet but I cannot speak for the regular menu.

I've yet to be disappointed in the food or service here. We had a large rehearsal party dinner tonight and the waitress was amazing, the food was delicious and came out quickly. The waitress didn't even bat an eye when some of the check was split in some admittedly annoying ways. The whole staff wished the bride and groom congratulations. Highly recommend!

Casual, homey little Italian place with good food and service. It's right outside Piper Glen neighborhood. They have take out and eat-in service, but we almost always eat there. It's locally owned and the management is friendly and attentive.

My husband and I often split the Chicken Mario with an extra salad. I also like the pizza, chicken parmesan and the vegetable lasagna. Service is fast, so if you are having an appetizer wait until you're finished to order your meal. They will bring your salad out right away. This is my one quibble with Mario's: meals should be appropriately

Went there by chance and it was the best pizza buffet that I have ever had. I'm excited to go back and try their non buffet items.

I have not yet been here for a full sit down meal. My husband and I went for a few drinks and split a small pizza before an event. I ordered Riesling and he had beer. Both were good. The first wine glass I received had several lipstick marks. When I ran my finger across it, it smeared like it was still moist....Gross!
We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple instead of bacon, which was messed up. She entered no onion, but with pineapple. So there was bacon on it when we asked for it to be omitted. We didn't say anything. But our waitress/bartender seemed distracted. I asked

I'm being extremely generous with the 3 stars, simply because the Mario's on Clear Lake would also receive 3, and they are far superior. Why, do you ask? I can't assume it's just my imagination, the food tastes better, the atmosphere is better, and there is almost a gentle serenity in the entire vibe of the joint. The Chatham Mario's seems a bit cookie cutter. It's like they tried to make it fancy because it sits in front of a golf course. News flash, the Clear Lake Mario's also resides across a green. Granted, Piper Glen is newer, so they must have had
