The HEART of Pranam is our by-donation yoga studio. We offer daily in-person yoga and movement classes, online classes, yoga trainings, workshops, retreats, and other amazing opportunities to get the heart pumping and awake. We aim to serve you up some good, quality yoga and movement guidance in a cozy setting, nurtured and warmed by your faithful servants.

Our family of teachers, hold the deepest intentions to welcome all with open arms, hold inclusive space for growth and healing, and include the full spectrum of the human experience into the mix. We offer various yoga and teaching styles, and do not have one lead teacher at the helm of the studio, and our trainings have multiple teachers.
Services
Donation-based does not mean free classes. In order for this model to work, there has to be an exchange of some kind of energy. See our suggested donation options (below). If you can afford to stay in the suggested range, we can keep making yoga available to people of all income levels. If our suggested range is more than you can swing, donate what you can.
Our Training programs (Yoga Alliance-afiliated 200 & 300 hr) are rooted in self-study, designed to explore the varying aspects of how to meet ourselves on the mat, the cushion, in relationship to self & others, & in life. We don't promote rainbows and unicorns. Instead, we zero in on ALL OF IT, by calling on the skillsets that grow out of deep excavations into how we've been conditioned.,
In Sanskrit, Seva means selfless service. Our mission is to make yoga and mindfulness available to everyone, and create a circle of giving that dissolves barriers and unites people. Pranam Seva is a 401C3 non-profit organization; An Omaha hub for making yoga and healing available to everyone, regardless of barriers.

I recently have started taking classes at Pranam Yoga and my only regret is that I did not discover this hidden gem earlier. Each class offers the peace and serenity my spirit is in eternal search for - and I find it at this studio.

Such a wonderful place to being studying yoga. Donation-based, so the recommended donation ranges seem reasonable. Love the murals & ambience!

Loved this placed! I went for my very first ever yoga session tonight, and thanks to this studio, loved it even more than I thought I would.
The studio is directly behind and possibly attached to the north side of the main strip in the Blackstone district. Parking is usually a challenge in this area so I'd recommend going a little earlier to secure a spot. You'll use a short walkway, up five stairs (there's a lift, if needed) and you're in the studio; the door is visible from 39th St. You'll sense the peacefulness as soon as you enter and take your shoes off.

Wow! This is the most beautiful studio I've ever visited! Large, lush reception area exudes the mild smell of incense. Brightly colored woven rugs and generous amount of seating makes you feel embraced when you enter the space. This is a pay what you can studio and they mean it. No pressure and you are welcomed and treated equally regardless of ability to pay. I attended the Mooney Yoga Saturday night with Lauren who was lovely and encouraging. The hour flew by and I'm so much better for the experience. I will be back the next time I'm in Omaha!

I went to Pranum for an open level vinyasa class and it was amazing! I was very new to yoga, I only knew a few poses prior so I was very nervous to start. The instructor, Lauren was amazing and would always remind us that we could take breaks or go at our own pace if needed. Despite the class being large I felt like my needs were being individually met and it was overall a very relaxing experience. I can't wait to go back!

Excellent, relaxing yoga classes and late class times! Right around the corner from Archetype and clean colorful sunny room classrooms. All the instructors I have had have been great and sometimes there is even live music.

Friendly and warm, inviting studio. Love their donation based classes. They do not pressure you into memberships. Come as you are & when you need to practice.

Absolutely wonderful studio. The space is inviting, warm, and soft. The class I took was very instructed and really focused on proper technique rather than just rushing through a flow. Challenging and encouraging. Definitely recommend this place to yogi of all levels!

My tribe and I have been practicing at Pranam for about a month now. It is such a joy to walk in to a place full of peace and love. The moment you walk in the door and leave the outside world by taking your shoes off - relaxation begins. I have found a home where you are encouraged to just be you where you are in the present moment and to learn to bring that out into the world. Namaste ...

Took my first formal Yoga class today and I was extremely impressed! The instructor was welcoming and went out of her way to make me familiar with the facility and all it had to offer. The studio itself is beautiful, spacious, and truly a peaceful environment to practice in. I love the "donation" concept, and felt pleased to have the flexibility to be able to give more when possible, and less when times are tough. I will be back!

First time doing yoga ever, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. They were very welcoming and showed me the whole studio before class started. I felt like I'd been there a million times. Will definitely going back.

I went to my first class today and I loved it! The instructor was extremely helpful, she was suggesting pose variations based on your skill level. By far one of my favorite parts was the live guitarist, the music was so relaxing and added to the class. All in a clean, beautiful, and welcoming environment.I can't wait to go back for more!

I can't believe how lucky I am getting in Omaha. This studio is SO relaxing. They are donation based, which doesn't mean free, but does mean they have a suggested range, so you pay what you can. Came here for the first time a few days ago on a chilly Sunday for Terra's "Yoga for Rookies" and my husband and I were the only people in class. Perfect, since it was my husband's first yoga class and he was a bit nervous. Came out feeling more relaxed than I do post-massage. Will be going regularly. My only "complaint" is I wish they offered morning or afternoon

Coming from a guy that has never done yoga, I had no idea what to expect. One of the instructors met us in the door and was very helpful. Shown around the studio, got free tea and went to our classroom. The artwork here is pretty spiffy, and be ready to greeted by a big mural. The instructor suggested different poses for different skill levels, which is awesome.

All in all, clean, friendly, and spiritual environment.
