Services
Donation-based does not mean free classes. In order for this model to work, there has to be an exchange of some kind of energy. See our suggested donation options (below). If you can afford to stay in the suggested range, we can keep making yoga available to people of all income levels. If our suggested range is more than you can swing, donate what you can.
Our Training programs (Yoga Alliance-afiliated 200 & 300 hr) are rooted in self-study, designed to explore the varying aspects of how to meet ourselves on the mat, the cushion, in relationship to self & others, & in life. We don't promote rainbows and unicorns. Instead, we zero in on ALL OF IT, by calling on the skillsets that grow out of deep excavations into how we've been conditioned.,
In Sanskrit, Seva means selfless service. Our mission is to make yoga and mindfulness available to everyone, and create a circle of giving that dissolves barriers and unites people. Pranam Seva is a 401C3 non-profit organization; An Omaha hub for making yoga and healing available to everyone, regardless of barriers.

Loved this placed! I went for my very first ever yoga session tonight, and thanks to this studio, loved it even more than I thought I would.
The studio is directly behind and possibly attached to the north side of the main strip in the Blackstone district. Parking is usually a challenge in this area so I'd recommend going a little earlier to secure a spot. You'll use a short walkway, up five stairs (there's a lift, if needed) and you're in the studio; the door is visible from 39th St. You'll sense the peacefulness as soon as you enter and take your shoes off.

Wow! This is the most beautiful studio I've ever visited! Large, lush reception area exudes the mild smell of incense. Brightly colored woven rugs and generous amount of seating makes you feel embraced when you enter the space. This is a pay what you can studio and they mean it. No pressure and you are welcomed and treated equally regardless of ability to pay. I attended the Mooney Yoga Saturday night with Lauren who was lovely and encouraging. The hour flew by and I'm so much better for the experience. I will be back the next time I'm in Omaha!

I went to Pranum for an open level vinyasa class and it was amazing! I was very new to yoga, I only knew a few poses prior so I was very nervous to start. The instructor, Lauren was amazing and would always remind us that we could take breaks or go at our own pace if needed. Despite the class being large I felt like my needs were being individually met and it was overall a very relaxing experience. I can't wait to go back!

My tribe and I have been practicing at Pranam for about a month now. It is such a joy to walk in to a place full of peace and love. The moment you walk in the door and leave the outside world by taking your shoes off - relaxation begins. I have found a home where you are encouraged to just be you where you are in the present moment and to learn to bring that out into the world. Namaste ...

Took my first formal Yoga class today and I was extremely impressed! The instructor was welcoming and went out of her way to make me familiar with the facility and all it had to offer. The studio itself is beautiful, spacious, and truly a peaceful environment to practice in. I love the "donation" concept, and felt pleased to have the flexibility to be able to give more when possible, and less when times are tough. I will be back!

I went to my first class today and I loved it! The instructor was extremely helpful, she was suggesting pose variations based on your skill level. By far one of my favorite parts was the live guitarist, the music was so relaxing and added to the class. All in a clean, beautiful, and welcoming environment.I can't wait to go back for more!

I can't believe how lucky I am getting in Omaha. This studio is SO relaxing. They are donation based, which doesn't mean free, but does mean they have a suggested range, so you pay what you can. Came here for the first time a few days ago on a chilly Sunday for Terra's "Yoga for Rookies" and my husband and I were the only people in class. Perfect, since it was my husband's first yoga class and he was a bit nervous. Came out feeling more relaxed than I do post-massage. Will be going regularly. My only "complaint" is I wish they offered morning or afternoon

Coming from a guy that has never done yoga, I had no idea what to expect. One of the instructors met us in the door and was very helpful. Shown around the studio, got free tea and went to our classroom. The artwork here is pretty spiffy, and be ready to greeted by a big mural. The instructor suggested different poses for different skill levels, which is awesome.
All in all, clean, friendly, and spiritual environment.
