From Interstate 91, Exit 7: take Route 11 west for 3 miles until you come to a traffic signal at Bridge Street (you will see the Southern Vermont Recreation Center on the northwest corner of this 3 way intersection). Turn right and continue for about 1/2 mile to the stop sign at the top of the hill.
ALL Fees are for 2 Adults and up to 4 children under 15. Additional fees apply for extra guests. We get asked about our low fees frequently. How and why do we provide full hook-up sites for one low flat rate? We are campers too, we love nature and enjoy seeing people having a good time outside with friends and family.
We can accommodate tents as well as large trailers and motorhomes up to 35ft. All sites include fire ring and picnic table. We spent the last two weeks there and loved our stay. The owners are the nicest people and give great suggestions of places to visit in the area. The campground is clean and quiet with large sites. Trees between sites allow for some privacy too. There's a lot of land with tons of trails to walk. Definitely recommend a stay at Tree Farm Campground! We'll be back next season 😊

We had a very nice time here, the Owner's were very nice. Loved the wooded sites and the smallness of the campground. My only negative was the site we were given was very tight getting into and had to navigate an S Curve and then almost a full tight circle to get into our site. Just barely squeaked around the corner with my 28' TT. When I got home I found that I clipped a tree on my blindside getting out :(. Site 29 should be for smaller rigs? Will ask to pick a better site next time :).

Wife and I stayed here for the weekend. It's a very nice, quiet, small rustic campground. It's not flashy but it's got lots of charm and has a nice woodsy feel. The owners were very friendly. The sourounding area is nice. Many things to do and see within a 30 min drive or less.. We had a very enjoyable weekend all around.

My fiance and I lived here for three months while working travel nursing assignments in the area and we could not be more pleased with our selection! Liz and Ben are WONDERFUL hosts, always helpful and quick with a smile. The campground is quiet and calm - even with it is completely full you hardly hear a peep, this coming from people who sleep during the day. Large campsites with lots of trees all around the aesthetic is a woodland wonderland. The campground is surrounded by trails and boarders the newest Vermont State Park that is still in the development stages, but which you have access to

This campground is the best family campground around. I grew up camping here and will now be camping with my own family as much as we can. It's beautiful, peaceful, and there's plenty to do. My eldest loved playing badminton and tether ball. My youngest enjoyed blueberry picking and discovering all the hidden art along the trails. The owners are the nicest people and everyone is very friendly and laid back. There's donuts and coffee on Sunday mornings (we got lucky with some homemade zucchini bread too!). I can't say enough about Tree Farm. It's is one of my favorite places on earth!

My new favorite campground. After exploring every other place in Vermont this is by far the best! It starts with breathtaking views and only gets better from there. Spacious sites. Beautiful gardens. Spotless bathroom. The hosts are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. I have already made my 2016 Summer reservations and I am sure I will be a regular for years after. I have been camping since I was a child and this place brings back many fond memories. The scent of fresh pine trees is magical. I can not say enough good about this place. Give The Tree Farm a try. You will not be sorry! I even
