I can't say enough how much I appreciate the attention I received. There was not a question they couldn't answer. A testament to the kindness of down home people easing your fears when making a purchase that large. I wish there were more businesses out there that delivered above and beyond on the promises made, like these people did. I highly recommend them, only wishing they did plumbing and carpentry as well!!

From the beginning to end this company is first rate. The proposal for central air and new furnace was well explained, with various options. Upon obtaining other bids, I chose this company, I found their service to be very professional, courteous and done all in one day. The crew were a great team, always answering questions and explaining the details of the install. Jack and his son William installed 5 Mitsubishi ductless wall units in our home last year, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Not only did they do an amazing job of install, with tons of attention to detail, but the respect they showed for our home and the quality of work is beyond compare. Just this past week we had them back out to install an exhaust fan in our master bath, and once again they proved they are the best in town at what they do; no wonder they are currently the only Mitsubishi Diamond contractor in Dallas. I was very impressed with my interaction with Jack from the beginning. He was confident in his experience but never pushy or high pressure. He and his sons came and easily installed my Mitsubishi mini split ductless unit in our garage in less than a few hours. You can tell they have done this hundreds of times before. They also did it for less than 2 other quotes I received. They were polite and cleaned up and they were on their way. My AC/Heater in the garage works great and is so quiet! So glad I chose this very quiet Mitsubishi brand model, and Mitsubishi was who recommended Jack as an expert

I had trouble keeping my garage cool enough to work in during the Texas summer. I found Benchmark Service via a Yelp search and called. Jack happened to be performing work in my area the same day I called and broke free to visit with me and evaluate my needs and provide a quote / 1st available installation date.

Jack is great to work with. Jack came out on a Saturday morning (how many contractors do that?) to give me estimate. Within a half hour he had explained everything to me. He gave full information and answered all my questions. We set a time for the next Tuesday
Jack and crew showed up this morning when he said he would be here. He and his crew of 3 young men got to work right away. It took about 3 hours to install my new ductless unit. They were very neat and tidy. They cleaned up after they were done. Once finished, Jack explained how everything worked and showed me how to use the remote.

Great service and quality! Jack and team showed up on time to install a ductless unit over the summer in my home office. Very happy with the AC! It's quiet and works perfectly.
About 3 months later in the fall I did a small home renovation and the indoor unit had to be moved. I contacted Jack and he showed up same day within an hour to get everything moved so contractors could continue with their job. Ended up saving me time and money on renovation so crew could continue working.

Jack is wonderful! We had his team install a ductless mini-split system in our bonus room. After he did such a wonderful job on that project, we discovered a big problem with our traditional AC unit that cools the entire house. Jack & his team replaced this unit with a new traditional unit. It was blazing hot in our attic, but they still completed the job quickly (one day!) & left the area clean. Highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs!
