I love living here! My husband and I have lived here with my 2 kids and dog for 5 years. Maintenance is responsive, submitting maintenence requests is easy, and I usually get a response within 24 hours. The heated pool is great, and always clean. Holt schools are great. The community is clean, quiet and safe. The office manager Jim Combs and the rest of the team are always great. They have become like family over the years.

We enjoy living at Woodland Lakes. Our apartment is perfect for us. The grounds are well kept. I use the pool and it is well maintained. Jim Combs has helped us with any issues we have had. We truly appreciate Jim's helpfulness and professinoalism. The maintenance staff is excellent! We enjoy having the trail and lakes behind Woodland Lakes.

Living at Woodland Lakes has been wonderful. The community is very well-maintained. The views are beautiful! The apartments are spacious and awesome from the wood floors to contemporary light fixtures. The dog park is great and quite big. My Siberian Husky and I love it. The maintenance staff is awesome—efficient, friendly, prompt and very professional. Kudos to Marcus and Drew. The office staff is very helpful and appreciated. Thanks Elyse, Jim and Dawn. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! It’s a great area and the units are beautiful. Maintenance is always on any request I put in within a day. The staff is friendly and works with you whenever you have any issues. I would highly recommend woodland lakes if your looking for a new place to call home.

I remember the day I walked into the Woodland Lakes Leasing Office and sat down at Jim Combs’ desk. He was so funny and friendly, it felt like I was talking to an old friend. I told him I wanted a 1st floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a view of nature. Jim brought me straight to the apartment I’ve been living in for more than 3 years now. I am only steps away from the nature trail and ponds. I’ve seen wild turkeys, deer, rabbits, turtles, geese, ducks, etc. People fish year round on the ponds. Woodland Lakes has a clubhouse, gym, pool, basketball court, sledding for the kids in

Woodland lakes has been a great place to live so far! I’m about half way through my lease and my roommate and I have no complaints. There hasn’t been much need for maintenance requests, but when there are, maintenance is quick to fix the issue. It’s also a great location as it’s close to restaurants and shopping centers. As well as being located right on the river trail which is great for walks, runs or bike rides. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a living space.
