This place kept our "refundable" $300 holding deposit because we withdrew our app a day late. The two times we went there to follow up on our application in the office it was closed during their "open" hours. I am so shocked that they can get away with taking our money like this. They still have three weeks to fill that unit. This "policy" about the 72 hour requirement for a refund is buried in a long "terms of agreement" document. I am so disappointed. We are moving, which is expensive already and now we got robbed of $300 that I work very hard for by some greedy management company

Kendra was so accommodating. I highly recommend her and the handyman, Rafael. Everytime we needed help at the apartment, they were right there to take care of the issue.
This is my first apartment in almost 20 years. Our unit was so spacious, quiet and modern, that once inside it feels like a house. We stayed 6 months here while on a traveling hospital job. The mature trees made the upstairs apartment private and beautiful. We loved living there.

Amazing management & beautiful property. The property manager, Jasmine, was super helpful and informative during a very difficult move from Arizona to California. She was professional, personable, and communicative at every level. The move-in to the apartment was seamless. The head of maintenance, Rafael was also very helpful and prompt with assisting during setting up WiFi. This experience and property has truly been top-notch.

I was politely greeted with a very sweet lady named Jasmine! From the moment I saw her face and the twinkle in her eye I felt it home! The way she presented herself and presented the property with excellent! Today I feel like I was blessed to maybe find a new home! I stopped in this week to inquire about leasing an apartment. I was greeted by Amanda who was very informative, professional and knowledgeable about the area. She showed me around the property while giving me tips on local hiking trails and vegan restaurants. Unfortunately the property was almost to capacity but she assured me that if anything became available she would personally reach out. You just don't get that type treatment everywhere! 5 stars.

Madison and Amanda are great! Always responded to our emails quickly and when we stopped by always had a smile. They both gave my wife and I a warm welcome and ensured all our questions were answered. After the walk was all done we didn't hesitate to sign. We knew we were in good hands with these two.

We've only been here a couple of weeks and so far we are very happy with the unit and the property. The property is well kept and peaceful with plenty of parking. The 2 bedroom unit we moved into is HUGE! Our master bedroom feels more like a hotel suite, luxury is what comes to mind. The onsite manager Amanda was great to work with and very nice. I can't remember the last time we had a smooth move in process. Would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to move. 5/5

I love living here. Amanda, the property manager and former property manager assistant Michele are both amazing. Management is so kind, issues I have had in my apartment are resolved quickly and it is beautiful and so comfortable here. Amanda has gone out of her way to be welcoming and is so caring, and she has been right on top of issues and concerns I've had. The whole team here is amazing and I am glad to be here.

Me and my lady decided to move in together about 1.5 months ago. Our time here has been nothing but a joy. The office staff are super friendly and very attentive. The complex itself is well maintained and there are plenty of parking spaces. We had the hardest time finding a place with central A/C, heat, spacious and allowed "large" dogs but Harvest Park delivered in the best way. I found a leak during my move in check list and it was fixed the next day (Sunday). They repaired the pipe, replaced the wet drywall, textured and painted it. You can't even tell it happened! So far our move in to our new apartment has been amazing. Amanda has made everything so easy and she is super lovely to chat with over the phone. Haven't personally met her yet since we are dealing with the Corona Virus, and all of our chats have been contactless. But nonetheless everything was super easy to do. And I feel like I kept calling her like crazy whenever I had a question and she was always ready to answer my question! So far everything has been great!

I have lived here for 1 year and 8 months and I still stand by my previous review. Michaela is an amazing property manager. Raphael is amazing as well. This is how living in an apartment complex is about. The urgency to get things done is just top notch. The vibe of the complex has not changed since I lived in which says a lot about the property team and that says a lot about Michaela. Great job Davlyn on this property. I love calling Harvest Park home.

We love living at Harvest Park apartments. The apartments are super clean, large and have all the extras you could ever need. The facility is clean and very safe. The staff is so friendly and caring and knows everyone in our family, including our puppy who loves to visit the office regularly. We feel like life long friends. Our neighbors are friendly and caring as well. We could not ask for a better place to live.

This place has black mold! Whatever you do, don't rent from this place! I never write negative reviews but this place has me so pissed off that this is going to be my first bad review. Let me start off by saying the management is terrible, especially the head property manager Gene. He is absolutely unwilling to work with you and unsympathetic to any of your complaints. The gym had no cleaning products in it to wipe down any of the equipment, of which there is very limited. We had to bring our own Lysol wipes to clean the equipment. when I requested that a cleaning product be put in there

Under new management, and I wasn't impressed when I lived there. I called about something, and the assistant gave me the wrong information 3x. I e-mailed her also, and she basically lied saying that she never received my e-mail. She actually did receive it, and just never responded to it after a week. When I called, and got the manager about the same issue she corrected the information the assistant told me. The manager basically scolded me, and "taught me" what the policy was in a very ungentle, and rushing way. I felt like I was basically being an inconvenience to her. They fired

I just called to get some info on there pet policy and the guy was incredibly rude, and not helpful at all. He wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to tell him about my dog. He was fixated on thinking I said my dog was a pit mix when that's not what I said. He was saying that pit mix is the same as heeler mix! WHAT AN IDIOT! He had no idea what he was talking about and his customer service skill were non existent! I would never live here!

Lived here almost 2 years. The apartments are large and the neighborhood is quiet. Most people have dogs and it's a very animal friendly place. I like that there's a dog park right across the street. The manager Mike is on top of it, he explains things well and somehow knows everyone's name. The maintenance man Randy is friendly and clearly overworked. Get him some help! But he'll stop and have a conversation with the 5 year old in the pool that wants to have more waves so it's like the ocean. My only complaint is the location. Most food places don't deliver and the

We lived here for a year 3-2014 to 3-2015. It wasn't horrible but it was heading that way.
I felt like Mike lied to us just to get us to rent. He told us there was a 6 foot thick beam between the upstairs and downstairs. Not true at all you could hear the upstairs people walking back and forth incessantly! It got pretty old after a while. We would've gladly waited for an upstairs unit.
The parking was horrible, everyone got one space all the way around back. We had 3 cars so closer spaces weren't a reality. The Manager got a reserved space, then another two spaces by the office

It's not cheap, I pay $1500 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment but it's worth the money, but only because of it being in Santa Rosa. Anywhere where places are reasonably priced it should only cost hast this much.
That said, you get what you pay for and here that means you get a nice, large, clean, quiet apartment. The pool was supposed to be heated year 'round but that didn't work out. After burning out two pool heaters and having an electric bill that was way higher than anyone expected, they've decided to quit trying to heat the damn thing in winter. The hot tub however
