I passed my exam first time! However, I signed up just before Covid hit and therefore never got to take an in-person class....either they didn't offer them or they only offered classes for a few hours in the morning and evening on Tuesdays/Thursdays and didn't even offer a full-day review class. I did take all of the online classes and enjoyed the instructors and their real-life examples. The online classes were pretty thorough, or so I thought. (I found many errors in the printed literature.) Every time I called the school, I had to leave a message because no one was there or the receptionist

Loved the school when I needed information or help on anything they were always able to help me. On the online classes the videos are easy to follow and learn the information you need. I never went into the live classes but if you want to learn real estate from home in an affordable way and quick Stringham is the way to go.

Because of the pandemic, I only attended online courses, so I can’t comment on the in person portion of the schooling. The online courses were great. I loved the instructors, they were very knowledgeable, it was easy to sit through the class and listen, but more importantly for me, you could tell they cared about what they were teaching. I enjoyed most classes throughout the course. Last, I did feel like they set you up to do well on the state exam. They pretty much lay it all out there. I would recommend this school to anyone!

Stringham Real Estate School is a great program to prepare you to take your real estate exam in Utah. The online program was very easy to navigate and completely prepared me for the state test. The chapter tests and final school tests provide a great study guide, and they made passing the exam on the first try very doable. I highly recommend this program if you’re looking to get licensed in Utah!
