I highly not recommend living here, I live in the second phase of the building on Shoreline Drive. My wife and I have had a german cockroach infestation since we moved in(Oct 2020).We have called and had pest control come out and it kills a few but they come back in a week or 2. We have also bombed the apartment ourselves with no luck. They are in drawers, cabinets, and dishwasher. Pictures are under microwave and on dishwasher door. Would leave a 0 star if i could.

Honestly was a super clean and wonderful complex. The maintenance crew was as hardworking as I’ve ever seen, they maintained the lot as best as they could and it really showed. Location is wonderful, it’s away from the busy college streets and has amazing food and fun locations all within walking distance. 5/5 💪🏼

After Living Here for 4 years I have come to acquire a very loud and obnoxious upstairs neighbor. (Still Currently Living here) After calling the staff and asking them to file complaints upwards of 10 actual complaints and 20 phone calls, they tell me there is not anything that they can do. Feel free to stomp around as there is nothing that this place will do in order to fix your issues. All they can do is stack violations which are absolutely nothing. The staff won't even call you back when they say they will. Their professionalism is lacking something that I would highly consider before moving

I lived here for a few years and through many different office and maintenance personnel. The current manager, Nely and the whole maintenance crew are amazing. Any concerns or issues I had were dealt with immediately. The maintenance staff works hard to ensure things are fixed correctly and in a timely manner.
The apartments are really nice and in a perfect location with many places within walking distance. There are also several areas to walk your dog with waste receptacles. Overall, I think Urban Square is a great place to call “home.”

My wife and I wanted to browse around and look for apartments and we drove by and we were wondering how these apartments would truly fit for us. So we walked in and we were greeted by a very nice gentleman named Justin Julian who was very knowledgeable and helpful on actually helping my wife and I to decide on how many bedrooms we would like and if it was comfortable for my wallet. He was the iceing the cake when it came to our decision. He showed us some beautiful selection's that we truly liked and we needed it asap. Mr. Julian got us in a very beautiful two bedroom apartment that we love to

Honestly am truly enjoying living here so far. I felt really compelled to make this review because of the staff. The office staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They let me know of the businesses and shops that are nearby and my family and I have had such a good time walking around and getting to know the neighborhood. There's a small lake right next door with a nice trail too! I have not needed maintenance yet but I've gotten to meet them all around the property, they are all very nice and will always say hello! We moved here out of state and are so thrilled to have

Lived here for a year and can’t say enough how much my wife and I loved it here. We moved in right after Covid-19 quarantine happened and Nelly (Property Manager) was incredible working with us to get through my wife and I being furloughed. Justin (Leasing agent) is a great go-to for information and honest answers (which you don’t really get with most Leasing agents these days) We met awesome neighbors that will be long time friends of ours. My wife and I do hope to return to Urban in future. Thank you again for everything Urban Square employees
