Johnson, Johnson & Bear represented me very well. I was charged with a second DWI. My first DWI was (35) years ago but it still reflects on the record, therefore this is considered my second offence which is a felony which could have jail time. Dane and Alan had the first DWI thrown out of court making this a misdemeanor offence. I had to pay a small fine, no probation or community service.

Called in to talk to someone, unfortunately I didn't get the name of the man that answered. While I was calm and collected to explain why I was calling the man cut me off and asked basically to get to the point. I should've hung up at that point but I didn't after explaining he continued to be rude. I have no idea how they get any clients with someone like that answering their calls.
