HEYlifetraining Fitness and Wellness offers an extensive exercise and or nutrition experience in our private studio in Silver Spring, MD. The boutique studio is fully equipped and offers Pilates Reformer and Cadillac private or duet sessions. The HEYlifetraining studio has a private entrance, with an area to change into your workout clothes, a separate bathroom, and plenty of space for your workout.

In short, I totally recommend Heike. I started Pilates after hurting my left knee a couple years ago, and she was the best trainer among all I’ve ever had.
First of all, she always asks if there is any inconvenience before the start of class, and at the end of class, all of that magically disappears. Besides my injured knee, since I have to work on the computer for a long time, I chronically have pain around my neck and legs. After each session, I felt like my body were about 3cm leaner and 5kg lighter. The injured knee has much better mobility than when taking classes by other trainers. I wish

I have done Pilates with Heike once a week for many years and recommend her highly. She is an excellent trainer, with a great fund of knowledge about the human body. She has kept my sciatica in check for years, by reading my body each time I come, and changing her exercise plan accordingly. She watches carefully, and ensures that I will not be injured while exercising. Heike is a great diagnostician, and has helped with numerous joint pains over the years. At age 73, I feel blessed to have found a trainer who is knowledgable, flexible, kind, and joyous.

I needed help getting strength back in my legs - I was starting to have trouble with stairs and getting up from chairs. I am proud to say that I have overcome these deficiencies with Heike's help and I am continuing on to increase strength in my upper body as well. Use it or lose it! She's a great partner in my quest.

Heike is a masterful trainer who tailors every Pilates session to make it both challenging and satisfying to the client. She provides a lot of active coaching and encouragement and actively solicits feedback to make sure you're progressing to meet your personal goals. I've been working with her for two years and have enjoyed every single session!

I love working with Heike! She is always so positive, gives great feedback, is very responsive to questions and has really made a difference in my level of fitness. I work with her online, and even though we've never met in person, I feel like I know her! Heike's well-deserved reputation in pilates brought me to her. She carefully considers my health and fitness needs, providing highly varied sessions that are fun, progressive, and very effective. She also coaches me in running, which has become an effective part of my fitness regimen.
