Josh came to my home looked around and said that I would receive his offer by the end of the day.

Since I didn't receive his offer as promised, I text him. He apologized and gave me his offer.

After trying to negotiate the offer higher and failing, I agreed to his offer.
5/19/19
I hadn't heard back from Josh so I text him. He wrote back and told me that he had CHANGED HIS MIND.
