Just thought I would check this spot out considering it is right downtown in the heart of "the blade" (3rd and pine) in a extremely rough area of the city. Not too bad! Cons:Had a bit of confusion ordering and found the reservation signs a bit odd. -1 star for that. Pros:Tried the beef sandwich ($12) and it was very good and flavorful! I will try this spot again sometime.

I had not eaten here in years but in the past I had found it to be a good enough place to get a bowl of pho, so I decided to have lunch here. I went in and a young man directed me to sit at the table nearest the kitchen. I don't tend to let stuff like that bother me but when I sat down I noticed immediately that the table was dirty. When he brought me a menu I asked him if he could clean the table. He seemed annoyed and perfunctorily wiped the table with a wet cloth, missing a lot of sticky grime closest to me. I gestured that it was still dirty there and he ignored me and went away. I thought

The pho was great! I have no issue with the food. I do have an issue with being told to pay for my meal before I get to even sit down and eat when the costumer before me got to pay after he was finished with his meal and another customer also got to sit down and get his order taken and eat first, then pay after… racial discrimination at its finest, do better!

I got the taro boba tea and it was...watery! I'm disappointed in Seattle's boba. So far this is the second place I've been to that didn't have that traditional boba taste.
My coworkers had pho and vermacilli noodles for dinner and that smelled good. I'm guessing the food is decent.
I wouldn't come back here for the boba.

Pho 25 is a pretty run of the mill Pho restaurant for Seattle. I rated it a 4 because of the food quality and price point. The pho broth is delicious , the bahn mi sandwiches are also good. The chicken teriyaki isn't bad either. Interior is pretty drab, but that's not why I go for pho. Good price point, good pho. All you really need to know.

We had dinner here during our visit to Seattle. Our son was suffering from a head cold and it seemed like a perfect choice. The Pho was fresh and plentiful. I had a regular sized chicken with chicken broth. It was delicious with a really fantastic, hearty broth. The regular size was too big for me to finish. The service was fast, friendly and the veggies very fresh. Overall, it's a bit of a worn and tired space and could be a little cleaner, especially in the back / restroom area.

Place was pack on Monday at 12, we got there 15 mins earlier. Was skeptical when I found Cantonese speaking Asian running the dinning room in a pho joint. Well the tai gun ( raw beef & tendon) pho turn out very decent, can't say it's the best like them in Westminster LA or San Jose but I had no die of thirst after. I could lunch here all week !

I was prepared to give this place 4 stars as I've been here 2-3 times before and have liked their pho. However, the pho I got today had so little meat in it that I was eating broth and noodles most of the time. On the positive side, the broth was pretty flavorful in comparison to some other pho places in the area. I also appreciate that the service was super fast. We had a group of six, came around 11:45 and were able to get seated, order, eat, and pay by 12:20! Overall, this has the potential to be a solid pho place in downtown. I hope they'll adjust their meat portion as I would prefer

After trying our almost all Pho places in Seattle downtown, Pho 25 was the only one left to try, which we did over the weekend.
Courteous staff, generous portions of Pho, absolutely delicious vegetarian broth, slurped my way to emptying the bowl on a cold Seattle afternoon.
Definitely recommended for their Chicken Teriyaki as well,
