I have lived at the Farrington for about 3 years now. In a day and age where customer service is an afterthought, It's the staff here that make this place a cut above the rest! Both management and maintenance staff go out of their way to get to know the residents and help quickly resolve issues. I will likely continue to live here for as long as the current staff remain with the Farrington!

If i could give this place zero stars if i could.
I liked this place in the beginning. I really did. Then things started going downhill. I had an issue with a water heater leak and it was replaced, however, the new one caused my electricity meter to spin consistently. Which caused my electricity to go up from less than $200 a month, to over $450 each month. I have sent emails, i have made phone calls, sent bills, everything I can and still have not received help with my bills due to it being on their end.
It’s been 3 months since i requested assistance and still have not heard anything. This

The Farrington was HOME to me for FIVE YEARS!! I work in Property Management myself and NEVER have ever seen one run with so much organization, tact, and above all LOVE!!! It is OBVIOUS that Mrs. Leslie LOVES what she's doing and genuinely cares for people. Even though I am not a current resident, I still call the office from time to time just to say hello because she was just that amazing! She truly leads by example. The staff is absolutely amazing as well! You can tell that they love it too because the atmosphere is ALWAYS pleasant. There was never an ignored work order request or even a delay

My rent was never the same, I paid 750 the When I first moved, after that it was 900-980. I was told that we couldn’t have a walk-through the apartment when we first moved in and didn’t pay it any attention, we were so busy in a rush to move in, (coming down from the Midwest ) our apartment was not a move in shape. The two ladies in the office Leslie and Joanne were very rude to my wife and I, after we moved in. I would not recommend anyone to move here

This review is long overdue. I lived at The Farrington from March 2017 through March 2019, after relocating from the Midwest to South Carolina.
I came to Columbia to visit the area almost four months before I wanted to move. I was so impressed with the Farrington, that a few months later, I filled out an application online. The process was smooth, even though I was over 700 miles away.

I was really pleased with the level of service I was provided when I was trying to get an apartment for quite a few of our international players. Leslie was a huge help and was very patient as we had some issues completing all the paperwork. She communicated everything that needed to happen and was helpful each step of the way. We look forward doing business for upcoming seasons!
