ALL STUDENTS AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They approve your student but then need "income verification" this is actually a credit check from a company linked to multiple scams and data breaches that then give a "recommendation". Their bait and switch cost my student over $500 in extra costs and he had to move into another place. In addition the hit my credit score after telling me it was for income not credit. (Don't waste your time, don't waste your students time AVOID AT ALL COST).

Giving these guys 5 stars! The staff is incredibly helpful and always takes care of anything needing attention. The units are older but maintained. Yes, the location isn't the quietest because it's right across the street from a college, but I was already used to that before moving in.

Apartments are conveniently located across the street from the University of South Alabama. The units are older, but the location makes up for that fact. Also off setting the age is the fact that Linda, the manager lives onsite. The complex has their own maintenance team and they are attentive to any repairs needed. Credit, Income & background check is required to lease.
