Fee city!!! Nice area but top notch prices for older apt due to location. Lots of leak and AC issues, moldy windows. Nice office staff and maintenance. Pool and laundry area clean. Laundry just updated. No hot tub just warm water. Great park and trails across the street. But like I said lots of monthly fees and live out fees and expensive to move in if you have pets $1000 deposit on top of security deposit then they keep it all when you move out and try to charge you more fees.

Overall, I really loved living here! Like every living situation, there were a few cons, but lets start with the pros:
- The staff, both office and maintenance, were always friendly and eager to help!
- All maintenance requests were handled quickly and with excellent communication.
- The location is quiet and safe, with a police and fire station a couple blocks away.
- Veterans Park is RIGHT across the street, which is amazing if you have a dog or like to play frisbee golf.
- The common areas areas were well maintained and clean.
Cons:
- The building itself (at least on my side) is older
- The staff, both office and maintenance, were always friendly and eager to help!

I’ve been here almost a year. The staff is professional and nice, the grounds are nicely landscaped and well kept. It is quiet most of the time, and there are good people living here. I really like where it is. We’re between two nice parks giving us a rural look and feel. This is no ghetto. I like that I have a view of the park and trees out my window. I’ve seen some ‘upscale’ apartments that offer views of a parking lot and the back of a Walmart. Why would anyone even consider those? I’m very happy to be here and have no immediate plans to go anywhere else.

WONDERFUL! What a wonderful place to live! Wonderful floor plans for singles, couples or small families. The Apartments have wonderfully treed and landscaped grounds and walking sidewalks. Two Swimming Pools to accommodate the Residents. The Ladies at the Complex Office are the Greatest and all Three are knowledgeable to meet the needs of every Resident! And the large Veterans Park just across the street for outdoor activities, jogging and walking paths to expand your outdoor activities.

I love living in Cinnamon Park Apartments. Management get things done immediately, especially when you have a complaint and I appreciate that the most. Also I’m not just a tenant in apartment #000, but I have a name. Every time I contact the office everyone is always courteous.
If I was petty, I would give 4 stars only because there seems to be a break in communication between the tenants and maintenance. I totally understand that things has to be repaired but if you have to turn off something that I use throughout the day I deserve a warning. But in spite of I give 5 stars because maintenance

Cinnamon Park is a great place to live. I am a student and wanted a safe and quiet place to live, and Cinnamon Park is the place. Everyone who works here is very friendly, and my neighbors are also very nice and respectful. Like most people, I was concerned with how good maintenance would be if i were to have a problem. Well, let me tell you, the maintenance here is very helpful and very friendly. They responded within 24 hours of me reporting issues and had the problems solved the same day.

I have lived here for about 3 years. Overall, it is a good apartment complex. I love my apartment. I love the location. The staff are wonderful. It is usually quite. The only issue I have is with discourteous dog owners who don't pick up their animals' waste even though Cinnamon Park has provided animal trash receptacles and bags all over the complex.
