We set the stage to create beautiful moments at the Actor's Corner Cafe. Our guests will soon arrive to feast on fresh foods and award winning wine. Chef Santo displays a necklace on a tray. Its tiny jewels symbolize the fires of mind which ignite the flavors of healthy food, cooked with our best wine.

A meal of hot fresh bread, olives, cheese, and much more is waiting for you. Our location is like an enchanting castle. You don't have to go to Europe. Please join us for a moment to remember. The Actor's Corner Cafe, is open for dinner from 5.00 pm till 8.00 pm except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This summer we offer private lunch from 12.00 pm till 01:30 pm by reservations only.
Services
There are three bedrooms, office, loft, library, vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking city and mountain views. There is a 35 seat fine dining restaurant, art gallery and museum, a basement, two office units, storage, a two- story retail space, ADA restrooms and a one bedroom rental apartment. This jewel of Santa Barbara County, was created by Architect Jerry Thompson in the 1980s and is now managed by the Actor's Corner Cafe'.
The Actor's Corner Cafe serves delicious, healthy foods that are seasoned with the flavors and spices of old Europe. We serve vintage Italian and California wine and premium local beer, and have our own brand of Actor's Corner Coffee. The Actor's Corner Cafe has become a boutique wine pairing restaurant that now serves a wholesome and fine dining cuisine.
The sculptor's work shown here is in clay only. Below are pictures of the completed work. The Actor's Corner Cafe chose Sculptor Matt Glenn for his wonderful gift of telling our story through his art. The process of creating the Chef Santo Sculpture took two years, from finding an artist to the final finish.
Grace and Santo were amazing! My husband set up this extravagant evening for our 35th anniversary, but could not have done it without the help of Santo and Grace, the owners. Champagne and flowers waiting on the table, what a wonderful surprise. An amazing dinner filled with fresh, organic foods. Bolognese and lasagna, salad, fresh bread!

Very nice owners/chef, food, & ambiance. Wonderful decadent chocolate dessert to finish off the night. We personally like when we are presented with a limited menu from the chef. Do it well, make it from your fresh bounty, tell us what's good tonight to eat as the chef should be the expert. Lifetime locals here, and we are very picky about all the new changes to the valley. We enjoyed our experience here very much.

I liked my food (bolognese) and my gf loved hers (chicken). The real treat was the service though. Place is so quaint, like you're actually in Italy. It's run by a husband (chef) and wife (server/greeter). Couldn't have asked for a better date spot for our 3rd anniversary. Highly recommend.

Food was phenomenal, the owners were extremely friendly, and the ambience was nice and intimate. Food was pretty pricey though. Only had 4 choices for entrees that night ranging from $30-$42 a plate.

We came on a busy holiday and every detail was excuted to perfection. The menu is bright rustic Italian with a focus on locally found premier ingredients.
I hope you have time to enjoy this excellent restaurant while in town. Truly there is a lot to see and do while you are here in Solvang.
This restaurant is special for is now.
Because we had a memorable, unique, and delicious experience.

Beautiful locally sourced food, very warm, personal service. Pricy. Probably the best plate of pasta I've ever had. If you're cool with dropping 2 bills on a bistro dining experience, this is the place.
