We at Swasth Yoga use yoga not only as a complete holistic practice for self growth and self transformation, but also to heal health conditions resulting from a sedentary lifestyle and stress. In addition to Yoga Therapy we also offer group yoga classes to promote general health, wellness, and energy.

My name is Meena and I am the owner of SWASTH YOGA STUDIO. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist through VYASA and C- IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapist). I studied yoga at the renowned organization "VYASA", an institution of learning and research center founded on the prevention and treatment of disease, and promotion of positive health.
Began the journey from pain to wellness. A fundamental belief is that a disease is a disturbance in the healthy and well functioning human body. These disturbances occurs at 5 level of human existence (5 layers of body) called Panch Kosha. Therapy yoga can be used as Therapeutic Intervention for different diseases and disorders.

I was told about Swasth Yoga by my friend, and I decided to give a try. Meena, Swath Yoga founder and coach is knowledgeable about yoga and a very humble, nice person too. As a beginner, she guided me very well and I am really experiencing the benefits of it. She explains the benefit of each yoga step and what is right for you. It is almost one and half year, I am doing yoga now. Thanks to Meena for continuing virtual classes during covid pandemic! I highly recommend Swath Yoga.

Doing Yoga for almost a year now with Swasth yoga! I wish I had joined earlier. Meenaji puts us through hard pace and makes sure that we are doing yoga forms correctly. I am also enjoying the convenience of doing it from the comfort of my own home through Zoom!

Meena is an excellent instructor who works to ensure practices are done properly and reiterates that do them according to your capacity... no overdoing! I’ve learnt that patience, daily practice, and constant breathing are of huge importance on this journey. I look forward to continuing classes— and hope one day to be able to touch my head to my knee! 🙂

I have been going to Swasth Yoga 3 times a week for 6 months. I love this studio. Meena is very knowledgable and because the classes are small, we get a lot of individual attention. She is patient and adapts to the capabilities of the attendees. I have terrible knee problems and will need both replaced. Before yoga I was in pain every day, living on Aleve. Now, pain is rare and I only take Aleve for an occasional headache. Swash Yoga has had a tremendous positive effect on my body and my stress level. I strongly recommend this small, local, independent Yoga studio.

Meena is an excellent teacher. She has lots of patienece and can motivate an amateur to turn into an expert at yoga. Yoga has several health benefits that western workd is now start to reaize and is encouraging yoga as one of the methods to improve health and mind. If you want learn yoga I highly recommens her!

Meena is a wonderful teacher who creates a safe, peaceful and warm environment.The small class size allows her to give some attention to everyone so that she can encourage you to improve at your own pace. I started learning yoga with Swasth and I love it. Give it a try!!

I was diagnosed with Mild arthritis, and wanted to start a healthy but non intensive regime. Yoga to me, seemed to be the wholistic solution. But I was skeptical of the whole process initially. Would I be able to do this? Would my knees be able to take the pressure? Rather than wait, I contacted Meena, and suddenly I seemed to have the answers I have been looking for. She enrolled me for a one-to-one session package for 10 sessions- all designed to strengthen my knee. I have just completed the sessions, and boy, has my knee changed for the better! Swasth yoga Katy is making me a yoga addict! Meenaji pushes you so you make progressive improvements in your joint and muscle flexibility within your limitations.
I recommend it to anyone who have always thought of starting Yoga but never got to it.

I was unaware that Yoga could do so many wonders to your body, until I joined Swasth Yoga. I have had neck pain with herniated disc for many many years and when my last option was to go for surgery, one of my friend recommended me to go visit Swasth Yoga. I have almost completed two years and here I am, free of neck pain and have become very flexible and feel great. Now, I am also very active and energetic. My teacher, Meena is fantastic and she takes great care individually. I really love going to her classes and I can recommend this studio to anybody.

I've been attending Swasth Yoga class starting in June. I go to class 3 times a week and I really enjoy my yoga experience here. The instructor has a lot of patience and extremely nice! She starts out slowly and easy the first few classes, then she teaches what you would imagine yoga to be. I highly recommend going here if you want to start yoga! Also she has few promotions that make the fees not so expensive
