Revive Yoga Retreat is a private boutique style Yoga Studio that offers weekly small group classes, workshops, weekend retreats and private one on one sessions. I want to help you connect with you Mind, Body and Breath all while connecting with Nature as well. During this 30 minute one on one session we will meet in my studio to discuss your personal goals, establish your current skill level and create a plan that is custom to you. I believe yoga is for everyone! These small group classes and private sessions will help you learn proper alignment for common yoga and help you better understand how to smoothly transition through sequences with proper breathing and technique.

Please note that you MUST sign up for a One on One Initial Consultation before signing up for any Classes. This consultation allows us to meet to discuss your personal goals, establish your current skill level and create a plan that is custom to you. My Studio is in my HOME so I am only taking Female students at this time.

Well, how about Delicious Food (Some Healthy and Some not so Healthy) all nestled next to a gorgeous river on a property sprinkled with dozens of shade trees and plenty of hammocks? Oh yeah! And of course a couple of my super adorable Lil' Goats will be attending as well!

Our day will be spent preparing our mind, body and soul to achieve and receive what we truly desire in 2020. The yoga practice and brief meditation are designed to help you set intentions for your vision board and the upcoming year.
