Probly the worst place I ever lived , mold constantly grew in all the bathrooms I had to clean it once a week. Brought it up a few times never got acknowledged. The online system they have is super out dated . I can’t even pay with a credit card or debit card now that I “moved Out”. I moved into a dirty Appartment and cleaned it completely on my way out and they still chardge me 30$ for the stoves cause that’s the only thing they found

I was initially dreading moving, however, this has been the smoothest transition thanks to the young ladies in the office. The effective communication between the team and myself as a potential resident was amazing. I was updated every step of the way. Equally important, my unit was SPOTLESS, not even a fingerprint on the countertop. When moving into a new home with children cleanliness, and safety were my top two concerns. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet offering a peaceful atmosphere, even on the tour the current residents were smiling and greeting myself and the leasing agent. I'm more

I love the people who work for this place they are super!!! Down fall is parking like people literally have cars parked in visitors spaces that have decals so they get away with it and broken down vehicles. Also walls really thin! I mean really thin I can hear every conversation ,every flush , every shower. People have big dogs and when they run cross the floor sounds like a herd of elephants! But if I based on the office staff and maintenance team I would give it five stars!

Been here since Apr 2011. Washer and dryer for the units can be rented or purchased separately but have to be installed by maintenance. The rent amount does not include two other bills. Electricity from dominion power, and utilities water usage, trash, and pest control. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is great Meana knows what he is doing. The area is close to a hospital and there is good shopping close by.
