It was 1996 when Chef Nina Vincent, our mother, realized her dream of opening up an authentic, hand-made Italian restaurant in her adopted homeland. Her specialties were daily hand-made fresh ravioli and authentic Italian flavors. While Nina is no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, her spirit and her recipes remain true to her vision.

I love this place! I was born and raised in New York. Trips to Little Italy where my family dined on scrumptious Italian food were a common occurrence. I've found my "Little Italy" at Tutti Santi. Beautifully prepared Italian dishes that are beyond delicious along with a waiter who sang Happy Birthday with an outstanding voice that would've made Pavoratti proud!

I have been here plenty of times years ago. Since I was in the area, I decided to place a to go order. The Yelp prices are different than the ones on their website. I know we are in a pandemic, but basic spaghetti and meat sauce for over $20 in Phoenix, I would have given it a try, but if you don't answer the phone during work hours, makes it easy to go to the next place.

I had an amazing time here. It was my first time back in a long while and it was just as amazing as I remember it.
Ricky is an amazing server, so lively and kind! He made the experience.
My favorite part of dining at Tutti Santi, though, has to be the ambience. Upon entry you feel as though you have walked into a little Italian home. The lighting is dim, and mixed with the amazing food- you feel comforted.
We started the night off with an egg drop tomato soup, which was wonderful. We also ordered two rounds of sangria and ordered escargot, the "Penne Della Casa" and Spaghetti Bolognese

Second time here and I am always thrilled to come back for more. This is the place to go to for any occasion and the personnel. Yall are superb! So welcoming and friendly. The food is always warm and right out of the kitchen! This place will never disappoint. Loved of our waiters on both occasions *cheers*

My fiance and i just left this place and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. $25 shrimp pasta that we could get better at olive garden, a soggy lasagna that we gave back, $5 lemonade (ridiculous in itself) and a $10 cheesecake that was tiny. oh an i forgot to metio the creepy server, john maybe, who was practically flirting with me calling me beautiful in front of my soon to be husband. it was such an uncomfortable experience all together and i didn't show any attention towards the server yet everytime he would compliment me and then got butt hurt as we left. if i could

Delicious! We were staying at Hilton and did not have a car. Looked for restaurants within walking distance and choose this restaurant because we enjoy Italian food. We found the service excellent, wine good, and food delicious. I was concerned I wouldn't eat my entire dish but it tasted so good I couldn't stop eating until it was gone!

Tutti Santi is the freshest, tastiest Italian food in town, but honestly, my cousin and I come back every month for the staff and classic, wholesome Italian atmosphere. Deby is an absolute pleasure, and she greets us like family every time we enter the restaurant/bar. Our favorite, go-to dishes are the homemade raviolis, four cheese gnocchi, and the grouper. All of the desserts are amazing, especially the mocha cheesecake with a coffee flavor (it's like crack!). The tiramisu is a second favorite.
There is a full bar and wine list that we thoroughly enjoy - I'll take my martini dirty!

Ok so I went here not knowing what to expect. From the outside it didn't look like much but once you walk through the doors into the dining area all that changes. This place was done nice and dark with a nice look. The real star of the show was the food.

Wow wow wow , this is the place to be in the valley!!!! Locally owned, and you feel like you are with family. We had the best experience and the food was incredible and I love to go out and eat and know good food. The food here is made with love!! Jimmy was our waiter and he is the man!! The service, quality of the food and atmosphere is incredibly!!

I don't know what happened but they've ditched ALL COVID PRECAUTIONS. NONE Of the servers are wearing masks. They don't require customers to wear masks, there's no social distancing and no sanitizing between customers... I got takeout but tbh I'm pretty worried. I have my vaccine but there's variants out there... what is happening??!!!

First time. Went there on my 10th anniversary of sobriety. 3 of us ordered different items an app and a dessert. The meal was wonderful. Rick our server was a kool dude and did a great job. I'll be back as the saying goes. I looked at the menu and wanted like 17 different items. Tutti Santi and Rick thanks for making my important day that much more special. Class act period! Had a wonderful time thank you. A couple near us had their anniversary and they sang for them. It was beautiful.

Hands down the greatest service with friendly fun people. This was our second time eating here visiting from Las Vegas. Very authentic food and so fresh and yummy that we had to stay at the Hilton next to the restaurant because that was the only way to remember where it was because we couldn't remember the name lol. It's a famous local spot with celebrity's photos hanging on wall from their visits. This place is great! The atmosphere, while crowded was perfect for valentine's day. It wasn't absurdly quite or insanely loud, but nice. It felt like a great spot, and based on the pictures in the opening hallway, it looks pretty popular. I ordered the chicken parm, she got the ravioli, and we split a bottle of Zinfandel. To top it off, she got cheesecake and I got the tiramisu. We also got bread to start out, which was a bit garlicky but overall

Went here for the first time on a birthday occasion for a friend. We always heard about this place but it's a drive for us coming from the west side of Phoenix but once we got there right of the back service was great our server(Don't remember his name) he was on point in every aspect from making sure our waters(important for me) were filled and just making sure we were taking care of, oh and his singing voice sounded like a mixture of "fergy and Jesus" when he sung happy birthday.

This is the original location of one of our favorite restaurants in Scottsdale.
We normally go to their second location in North Scottsdale and have ana amazing experience. Gilda is our standard waitress there and each time we absolutely love our experience/food.
I am disappointing to say that was not the case here. The server (Mark I think) was slow, rude and just made everything painful. He bought the wrong wine twice, then was upset we did not want to buy the bottle, basically threw our plates down and ran off as was busy, we constantly had to ask fro water, etc.
Needless to say I will not
