We are a private training studio where every single person that comes through our doors has not only a coach but also a roadmap to guide them on their journey to the results they want and deserve.

Faisal Alam is the Owner of Catalyst Performance Training. Faisal has a deep passion for helping people reach their full potential, both physically and mentally. Having worked with an extremely diverse population ranging from elite level athletes all the way to the person who has never done a structured strength training program in their life.
Catalyst Performance Training is more than just working out. We are a community of like-minded individuals who wish to move better, eat better, and enjoy life more every day while achieving their true potential. Regardless of the client's goal, the goal for us remains the same: Make a Positive Impact.
We believe that eating healthy and achieving good health shouldn't be complicated. We help our clients develop an easy-to-follow yet effective plan that meets their needs and goals. Finally, we provide our clients with the guidance, support, and accountability to help them succeed.

We offer a complimentary 15 minutes phone consultation with our registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to briefly discuss your goals and needs and assess if this is the right program for you.Following the complimentary 15 minute consultation, you will be scheduled for a 60-minute initial consultation.
Semi-private personal training provides all the perks of 1-on-1 personal training but in a small group setting. There are 1-3 clients assigned to a CPT coach, and each client goes through their own individual program.

If you enjoy being around like-minded individuals while working toward similar goals, being held accountable by your peers, and getting results at a more affordable rate than the 1 on 1 personal training, then this option is for you.Clients will have a sit-down consultation and assessment before beginning their training.
The only requirement we ask of every person that walks through our doors is to have the dedication and commitment to work hard and always improve their personal best's. We have members of all fitness levels and ages, but the only thing we expect from each person is that they do the best they possibly can.

The trainers at Catalyst are dedicated, professional, and motivating! I have found them to be extremely knowledgable and committed--they coordinate comprehensive, individualized training programs that change up every single month. I have been regularly attending Catalyst for over a year and believe Faisal and Ryan are both experts in their field, thoughtful, and pleasure to spend time with...even when they are killing you with a cardio finisher : )

At Catalyst you can choose from private or small group classes--I have found both settings to allow the trainers to have lots of 1:1 time to help
