This place is overpriced. My apartment always has spiders in it even after I spray. You can barely get a parking spot at night. They take down your vehicle information just to have your vehicle towed. My neighbors upstairs party all the time and so called security that they deploy never showed up. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.

I literally love millenia and tell my friends all the time about how awesome the experience has been. They are so fast in responding, professional, clean and I love love the amenities. They pick up your trash for you, they have a gym, bike pump area, dog washing area, pool and bbq pits, they scan your mail for you, have a Amazon hun for you packages so they don’t risk getting stolen, it’s in a amazing area right across the mall, Barnes and nobles, grocery stores, Starbucks, nail salons, planet fitness. I love this place, best place I’ve ever lived.

I will say that it is a beautiful apartment. Interior has nice modern touches, carpet inside room is soft, living room has nice, dark wood floors, you get a spacious balcony, and you have your very own washer and dryer. Amenities are awesome too - you definitely get what you pay for. Can't beat the location too - restaurants and stores nearby. The only downside is that you have to pay for valet trash..yes, you have to whether you use it or not. It is mandatory. And on top of that, you have to pay for regular trash (the dumpster outside of your apartment) as well. I had to check w/ the leasing

We were sad to learn that Amarys is relocating! She assisted us in moving into our apartment after just one visit from out of state! The entire staff here is very helpful. I’ve been helped a lot by Brittany, and the property manager Dominique as well! They really do their best to accommodate all of your needs. Also, the grounds keepers do a great job keeping everything clean, and maintenance here is really fast, and knowledgeable!
I’ve enjoyed being a resident here. I wish these were condos. I’d purchase for sure.

We love it here at Boardwalk! Everything is clean and fresh and bright. The amenities are amazing and everyone is so friendly! The office staff is accommodating and we’re patient with us and we were making a cross country move. They worked with us throughout the application process and respected our need of quick action. The maintenance team is also incredible. Very fast acting and kind and completes the issues. We love being able to walk to Stylus park with our pup and to all of the stores in Town Center. Being in San Diego makes you want to get out and go so we are very thankful for the location

I'll be honest, moving here in the beginning was amazing. The amenities were open because COVID wasn't a thing yet. I totally agree with closing the gym, and community area, but closing the outside areas, pool, and the pet spa, is ridiculous. Another thing that is ridiculous, is that we are paying for these amenities that we cannot use. No one in the front office answers phone calls or emails. Even when you walk up to the leasing office door, they will not greet you. There are two couples living in this apartment. Four cars in total. We have a garage, so that counts as a parking spot

When my husband and I first moved to Chula Vista we were living at a different apartment complex, we were so unhappy. Therefore, we ended up breaking our lease and moving to Boardwalk at Millenia!
I'll start by mentioning Kelsey, the Assistant Manager. She was absolutely incredible! She made me feel super comfortable from the moment we walked in (prior to the pandemic). I feel like I asked so many questions yet she remained patient and explained everything with such calmness and expertise. I had visited a dozen of offices for two weeks and majority of the times we came across property

We've been living in Boardwalk Millenia for a year now, and we love it. the apartment is very luxurious, spacious and perfect layout for us.

I'm writing this review as a resident of the apartments. Before living here my fiancé and I would just check apartments for fun, and look at potential areas to live. Once we found this spot we had to hop on it and say yes to becoming a resident. Don't get me wrong some people can say it's a bit pricy but in my opinion, with all the added benefits and having a garage it is well worth living in especially being in a safe and well kept neighborhood. I don't want to spoil the tour if you decide on taking one, but you won't be disappointed with it. The staff here is also a

Kelsey was so helpful and went above and beyond! I explained to her that I was not currently in the San Diego area but plan to move there shortly. She immediately asked if I'd like to FaceTime so she can show me the entire property! She even sent me pictures and videos after so I could show my husband. She was absolutely incredible! I visited Alexan Millenia for the 1st time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kelsey. She was amazing and very welcoming. Kelsey answered all my questions. Kelsey gave me a tour of the property and I was in awe of how beautiful it is. I will definitely recommend the Alexan Millenia apartments to friends and family. These apartments have it all!! Everything about Alexan is what I would want in an apartment. All of the staff are amazingly welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. Kelsey gave me a tour of the property and I was in awe. The amenities are superb and every detail is well thought out. The community amenities are clean and luxurious, such as a clubhouse, game area, pool, fitness center, and even a dog wash station. The apartments are within walking distance to the otay ranch mall, restaurants, and a vons grocery store.

I inquired about the apartments in early July and Spencer was very quick to reach out to me and assured me that once the construction was complete, the apartments would be worth the wait.
Fast forward to today, and I'm glad I was one of the early tenants because the first units went quick and they're worth every penny you pay for in rent.
You can't beat the location and proximity to everything and the 5 star treatment you receive from Spencer and Napoleon every time you walk
