It’s been 4 yrs and the case is still not resolved. Feels like they are milking it now. Zero communication for the last 6 months from the entire firm. I’ve been waiting for injections for 7 months. On my 3rd paralegal and she doesn’t have my records for my back. Lost everything I own during this process. Maxed all cards. In extreme pain all the time. mentally physically and financially broke. I’ve given up. If I die before this is over it’s their fault.

My daughter in law (Stefani F) was in a head on collision, it was the other drivers fault. Carlos Hernandez lobbied and received 30k from the other insurance. Stefani received nothing from this! The accident broke both her legs and she was out of work for over 8 weeks. Her car was totaled. Frenkel and Frenkel kept all the money do NOT trust them! Do not use them! The rehab was canceled because the hospital wasn't getting paid! She will never walk correctly again!

Word to the wise: they might call your doctor and give them information before they talk to you about it. If you do not want this, state so up front.
Morning: I fill out a form for a consult.
Lunchtime: I have a call with Gene Burkett. He asks a lot of questions and collects a lot of personal information including which doctor I am seeing.
About 2-3 hours later: I receive a call from my doctor's office stating "Our sources at Frenkel & Frenkel have informed us that they're not taking your case"
I immediately call Frenkel & Frenkel back and cannot reach anyone to comment

Thank Goodness they go the extra mile, 100% recommend Frenkel & Frenkel. I couldn't be happier with how my case was handled. My family was involved in a head on collision on private property making my case very sensitive. When I woke up 3 days after the accident unable to move and feared serious injuries were surfacing, I was jokingly referred to Frenkel & Frenkel by a friend of the Russ Martin show. We used these guys for an accident. Went to the dr as suggested. They came out to the house to interview , even had a video. About 4 months into the case. They said. They were too busy for our case and passed it to some other firm. Who did nothing. Out losts of money now. Being hounded by hospitals and drs. Thanks for nothing. You give lawyers a bad name

Nope nope nope! This firm is horrible! They are noncommunicative, lazy, passive, and they bail on clients if they get their feelings hurt or when a case gets too difficult for their very limited knowledge of law application. This firm, and especially attorney Ralph Landau, gives all lawyers and law firms a worse image than that which already existed. I would be extremely embarrassed to tell anyone I trudged through law school and the bar exam only to have learned nothing and end up completely ineffective and laughable as an attorney.
