Bahn Thai Restaurant
Thai cooking is uniquely different from other South East Asian cuisine. It is influenced by Chinese and Indian cuisine and has been modified with fresh local herbs and spices, combined to create many unique Thai dishes. Thai cooking is an art form. The taste of each dish is of utmost importance. However, its preparation and presentation are of equal importance.

The dishes must have the distinctive Thai taste. At the same time, they must be fragrant and colorful. When thinking about Thai food, the first thing that may come to mind is that Thai food is spicy hot, but that is not all it is about. Thai dishes must have the combined tastes of spiciness, saltiness, sweetness, sourness, and sometimes bitterness: creating a truly unique and, truly harmonious taste.

I've only every gotten take out from this place. Their pad see ew is so good! Generally my go to Thai order. Parking can be tricky at nice time. I usually park at Arby's and run in real quick.

Best Thai food in town. Owners are even better than the food. Must stop shop in Seattle.

First time here and wow! Great food. Good service, and great temperature. The girl that answered the phone was a sweetheart and even called me as soon as the food came out of the kitchen. Best pad Thai in Seattle.

Ordered the Drunken Noodle. Over cooked mush swimming in oil. Never again.

Prices on menu and what they charge also off - apparently new menus on order - inform customers when they order - both dishes I ordered were higher than what was on menu.

Many vegan options, which can be hard to find. I ordered the red curry with tofu, and it was delicious. I don't always like brown rice, but theirs was really good. Their Mai Thai was delicious but not too sweet or syrupy. They are taking safety very seriously with several protocols, including masks, vaccination checks, ordering at counter to limit server interaction.

Their lunch specials are killer and the host/waiter is literally the nicest person I've ever met. I got the panaang chicken curry lunch box which came with rice, pad Thai and a really delicious gyoza and my partner got pad see yew. It came quickly and was piping hot and was incredibly delicious.

Tricky.

Covid times. The food is still good and they've tried to keep up the menu. My favorite is the pumpkin squash curry.

Today, all food is served in take-out containers. You go to the front of the restaurant, place your order, pay, and they bring it to you.

As you can see the utensils are not appropriate for the soup. Another negative is eating out of plastic. The ambiance is not what it was, I applaud them for staying open in these trying times.

Do yourself a favor and get the food to go. You'll enjoy it more with proper serving dishes and utensils.

Very solid Thai food. I got the drunken noodles, which definitely were delicious. The crab rangoon was also excellent. The food came quickly, and definitely did the job!

The food is really good, and of the Thai restaurants I've been to it has the most generous balance of meat and more expensive vegetables to more affordable vegetables and carbs that I've ever seen. The food is thoughtfully-prepared, and it's good. I've never had a dish here that didn't seem fully worth the price.

I had an issue with an order cancellation here once and the manager went out of his way to resolve it, followed up with me super promptly, and consistently communicated until he fixed it so I knew what was up. It was so far above and beyond and just really unusual

Best Thai I've ever had!! Pad Thai and Drunken noodles were amazing. Larb was spicy spicy but awesome. We ordered a 2 for that and would probably recommend a 1 for less spice. Thai tea was amazing and the satay was tasty and fresh

I've been to this place a few times and really enjoy the food, I just have an issue with the price. I got the Swimming Rama with a side of noodles the other day, and with the tip it came out to $25?? That would be ok if it was really robust Thai, but unfortunately I opened the box and the 'veggies' were just sauteed spinach and some fried tofu, and the noodles were congealed. I typically never write reviews, but I was disappointed to spend so much money on so little.

Ordered for pickup. Service was A+ as the team was so thoughtful to ask follow questions upon arrival about potential add ons and was fully prepared for our takeout order. Asked for 2-3 star for each order as individuals who can take a medium spice level. Restaurant has been in Seattle for a long time which says a lot- would recommend a try!

We ordered from here through UberEats. They currently aren't open for any dine in. Our order was prepared so quickly, seemingly only 10-15 minutes. We ordered pad see ew, massaman curry, white rice, and steamed vegetables. They gave great portion sizes! We had enough food for dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day for 2. Thai food is always delicious and hits the spot. One less star because the pad see ew was a bit oily.

Generous portions! The prawn rolls were actually huge and there were 4 prawns in each roll! The drunken noodles were decent as well. They still have only outdoor dining so we got take out instead.

Great food, wonderful prices. Only takeout or eat on patio right now. We had fresh spring rolls, then entrees of chicken pad Thai and the special, prawns with crunchy green beans. We have been wandering around Seattle for a week and this is the best meal we've had. This restaurant is two blocks from the Maxwell Hotel, it's unbelievable and there is a Great Wall mural dedicated to the late, great Chadwick Bozeman across the street. If you want authentic Thai go here!

Ordered drunken noodles and panang curry. Drunken noodles was good but Panang curry was like dessert curry, extremely sweet. I have tried Thai food and especially Panang curry and I could tell that this was not the good one. Maybe you could tell them to add spices.

I had Thai food at several locations during a recent visit to the Pacific NW. Bahn Thai was definitely the best. They were still closed for indoor service, but we were able to order take-out and then eat on their patio (which itself is a charming location). The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and it had a serious kick to it too. The portions were generous, and we took leftovers back to our hotel (which had a kitchen and microwave) for another meal the next day. I would definitely recommend that you give Bahn Thai a try.

This is a small local place with lot of options. We got the Phad Thai Lunch Combo Box. We got the ginger chicken which is a part of the combo, it had great flavor and the chicken was cooked good. The portion is huge. It also comes with one dumpling. It is a 2-blocks away from the Seattle center.

Located in lower Queen Anne. The restaurant in a house. There's a small parking lot in the back, otherwise street parking. The staff was friendly. Had order take out. The staff was nice enough to delivered it to me in the car since there wasn't a waiting area. The food and portion was good

I recommend anyone comes to Space Center to checkout out Banh Thai. We have 6 people in the group and their foods were top notch delicious. The portion is big of you are really hungry. I guarantee you can not go wrong with any dish on the menu. Two people got lychees and mango drinks and they said the fruits are fresh.

The chicken noodles ( wide noodles) were amazing with hint of smoky flavor, which brought my street food memories back. Absolutely loved it except for I ordered 'Hot' which was extremely hot for me and I shouldn't have. Next time I'll be choosing medium spicy levels.
Spring rolls were crispy to the point, no complaints and completely satisfied.

I LOVE BAHN THAI!!! I am soooo happy this restaurant has weathered COVID. The food here is outstanding.

The parking lot in the back is so appreciated for a restaurant in Seattle. The service (when indoor dining was available) is fantastic, they are super attentive and pleasant to interact with. I've eaten here with groups ranging from 2 to 10 and they've always done a fabulous job serving us.

The takeout service is also great, they're so kind on the phone and food is always ready in the time they give you.

Their panang curry is sooo good. Pad Thai, ginger stir fry and drunken

Can someone call the fire department, because my mouth is on fire!

My wife ordered the pad Thai with chicken and the Pad See Eew.

MAJOR PRO: Holy moly they give so much. When we got the delivery, the two dishes weighed like 6 pounds. I'm a big eater and love Thai food, and the amount they gave us was fitting for two separate meals. Love the portions, and that's a huge plus for us. So if you're hungry and craving Thai food, this is the place!

The food was really tasty, but for some reason, I think the dishes lacked some acidity to it. The pad Thai was great, but it was sweet

Today was my pahd see ew craving; starting with the positives: the noodles and egg had perfect char, and the overall taste was delicious. But: my order was much milder than expected (ordered medium heat), noodles were totally shredded and the beef didn't have any seasoning. For all the wonderful flavor the dish had, biting into unseasoned beef took away from it so much. If they cut it slightly thinner and salted after it cooked, it would've retained it's texture and tasted better too. Pretty surprising considering how long they've been in business; hopefully they can make slight

A fabulous Thai food restaurant! Bahn Thai goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers and it shows with the genuine service. From the polite employees taking to-go orders to the delicious food, you can't miss this restaurant when visiting Seattle. We ordered takeout, and the food was savory and warm when we got home to Bellevue. The entire experience was wonderful with flavorful food that hits the spot.

First time getting food from Bahn Thai. It’s located near Space Needle (just 0.5 miles). ToGo orders can be placed in the restaurant or over a phone call. 20 minutes and the food was ready πŸ‘πŸ½.
Yummy food. Loved all the dishes. Drunken noodles was outstanding πŸ˜πŸ˜‹.
The only issue was both the noodles were too oily, other than that the food quantity and taste is worth the price πŸ‘πŸ½.
Sean was the server who took the order and he was friendly and welcoming.
Will definitely be back πŸ™‚.

Yummo! Friends and I visited Bahn Thai in early March after they told me of all the delicious meals they'd eaten there before. I was excited by the look of the deep-fried spring rolls, prawn fresh rolls, crab rangoon, and blanket prawns but soon realized that I'm not five people so I needed to choose. :-)

On this visit I selected the deep-fried spring rolls that came with a sweet sauce. For my entree I opted for the garlic stir fry made with sautΓ©ed onions, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Mmmm. Tasty and healthy entree. To accompany my meal I was debating between the lychee
