I am in the process of looking for a new apartment to rent and called Waterford Place.
I very kind, friendly voice named Ashley answered the phone and talked with me for some time going over the Apartment availability, leasing information and options.
She was very knowledgeable and helpful in my search. I met with her today and viewed the apartments which are very, very, nice, spacious and affordable.
Once again, she took the time needed to answer my questions and listen to my needs. Ashley is truly wonderful asset to Waterford Place and their management team. This is so very important to residents

My 21 year son has been living here for 7 months and his experience has been terrible. Since moving in he has had 8x leaks that required bowls under them, the sink quit working, the stove shorted out and now he has found out that the walls are lined with BLACK MOLD !!! Maintaince has come out more times than we can count & still today 7-9-21 more BLACK MOLD !! We are going over to speak with Avery the mgr. on Monday to see what we can do I hope that they can move him into a safe apt. this has been the worst experience for a young mans first place... very disappointed in Waterford Place.

I've toured with several apartment complexes and have met with multiple real estate agents, and Waterford Place provided one of the smoothest and most enjoyable experiences. Patrick is so fun, and super knowledgable. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. It seems like the people in community are nice too, someone had turned in a lost debit/credit card to Patrick during our tour. I was very impressed. If you're looking for an apartment with good amenities, great location, and high quality apartments, I'd definitely rent here.

My husband and I lived at Waterford Place for the past year before relocating out of state. We wished we didn't have to leave! The property is absolutely beautiful and the office staff is the best we've ever experienced. We took walks almost everyday – some to Brown Park across the street, some in the St. Matthew's neighborhoods surrounding the property, others through the property itself. My morning routine was to take my dog around the fountains and see the ducks (he loved that).

We moved in about 3 weeks ago had quite
a few maintenance request in our apartment with the water heater paint and windows ect.. The office took care of it right away Patrick is great! He welcomes you like family so sweet and kind . He'll take care of you and gets the job done! And did I mention how quite and very relaxing here as well ❤

Waterford Place was a great place to live and I would be still living there if I wasn’t moving out of state. The manager Patrick has been very welcoming, accommodating, and professional in the 2 years I lived there, and quick to answer any questions or problems.
Not only did I feel safe there, but the amenities and the proximity to so many businesses, restaurants, and a park right across the street was a nice plus.
I would highly recommend considering Waterford Place Apartments when looking for a place to live in St. Matthews.

So my wife and I lived here for 2+ years and LOVED it and to be honest miss certain aspects of this life, we have moved but honestly miss the staff and friends that we made while living here. We truly felt wanted and cared for while living here. Of course there were maintenance issues BUT they took care of them with time/care. We actually got to know the staff while living here and felt like it was a real community. They have different activities going on while you are here to keep you busy and to help you get to know your neighbors. We were on a first name basis with the staff while here with

We love living at Waterford Place apartments! It's a little quiet green corner right in St. Matthews, what is a perfect combination. Any time we've had any issues, staff were happy to assist, and maintenance happens immediately. The pool is clean, a gym is a great bonus. We have a small dog, and this is a very pet friendly community that even provides a small dog park and pet waste stations all throughout the property. We love it here!

My husband and I recently moved into our apartment at Waterford and it is a place we already love. There are friendly people around, and the staff is great. The apartment was clean and in great shape when we moved in. We moved from out of state, and did not have the chance to visit the community or check out the apartments beforehand, but we were hopeful based on the reviews we read. So far our expectations have been exceeded!
