Went a few months ago and they were out of a few menu items. Ended up getting brussel sprouts and they were just ok. Went again last week with a reservation at 6:45. Didn't get our table until 7. It took about 10 mins before a waiter came to help us. We all ordered starters and did not receive them until 8. To have a reservation at 6:45 and to not get food until 8 is a little crazy. I understand things are hard with COVID, but it would have been nice for someone to mention service will be slow or at least an apology for all the waiting we did. Additionally, the food was once again just ok. I got

We held a small reception at The Revelry after our wedding ceremony on a Saturday. Nate was the manager working and Patrick was our server. There were others involved who’s names I unfortunately don’t have. Our experience was above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined!!! We dropped off a box of decorations with a brief list of what I imagined for them and they turned their upstairs private room into the reception room of my dreams! It was beautiful and so well done! We had a small, intimate group of only 18 people, I believe the room we had holds 24. It was perfect, we felt close and cozy

The Revelry has been on our "go to" list for a while - and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was a mix of fun and romantic for us to celebrate our anniversary. The food was absolutely delicious, and my husband loved his cocktail. Our server was great, and it is definitely a place we will return to!

The food is ok for the price.
The bartenders are awesome.
The "management staff" is ridiculous. I hope it's only one bad egg but (I can only assume based on insane behavior) on drugs and hanging out at the bar starting fights.
I have never seen such a ridiculous manager who has no idea how to run a business.
I really hope it's just the one manager and hopefully a bad night, but absolutely childish and ridiculous behavior enough that I will not be back after having been there many times.

An upscale southern-style restaurant that's as close to New Orleans cuisine as I've found in Rochester. Not a completely casual place, but still relaxed enough and comforting. The food is innovative, though, and that calls out to be sampled.
I always find myself here for brunch. I don't go often, but I'm usually satisfied. Their deviled eggs are their most interesting specialty for this. Like little fabergé eggs! But they have more typical southern favorites too - amazing biscuits, their twist on chicken-n-waffles, that sort of thing.
They have great cocktails and a decent

This food is to die for. I had shrimp and grits and wow was it fabulous! I'm originally a southern girl, so this was especially appealing, but having said that, lots of people love this dish regardless of where they're from, and bonus - it's gluten-free. Their salmon is also outstanding. Even the salads were great! Lots a flavor and delicious cherry tomatoes. I know The Revelry is seen as an upscale cocktail bar, but don't miss out on the food!

Finically gave this place a go after a year of wanting to try and was so happy to find a great little stop with wonderful options.
Their cocktails are well balanced and packed with fresh flavor! My favorite is their Guava God which wasn't too sweet and had a delightful aroma.
I ordered their biscuits as an appetizer because why the hell not and you NEVER see gourmet biscuits on a menu. All I can say is wow. What a treat those were :)
Service was superb and our waitress was kind, helpful and quick.
A must try if you're in rochester!

Awesome bar. Awesome staff. Awesome food. Ordered the Nashville hot chicken which was HUGE. Enough for two people. Crispy outside, juicy inside. Perfect. Fries were salted perfect and there was so many. Great selection of craft cocktails with fun names. Would love to come back and try some of their other dishes.

Various different options of bitters for the perfect cocktail. Food is well proportioned and very delicious. The restaurant is located in an old Sawmill Manufacturing Company! Very cool!
Only area for opportunity is the Nashville Chicken Sandwich was good, but was not true to the name. It was too much breading and didn't have the heat, but the chicken was very juicy. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely love this place. Amazing service, great food and beautiful ambience. I got the buttermilk biscuits with beer cheese and honey ginger butter to start then shrimp and grits for my meal and a drink. Everything was nice and flavorful and great portion sizes. The waitress was very helpful, attentive and friendly. She suggested great choices and asked questions of flavor preferences to help me choice items such as drinks appetizers and etc.

Mistakes were made... I believe they can do better. We came for our first time, for brunch. First impression: the space was beautiful. But our table and chairs weren't clean- crumbs (shocking to see in the covid era). But ok, then we ordered drinks: an orange juice and a hot coco. Not fresh squeezed, and hot coco tasted like a good mix. They put the emphasis on their brunch cocktails, but it's the details in the non-alcoholic drinks that would make a 5 star experience.
But then... the giant mistake: my partner ordered "Nashville hot chicken" on French toast. And it wasnt hot

Came here on a snowy winter night for a special occasion, right after indoor dining reopened, and could not have asked for a better experience. I had been here for drinks at the bar once before (pre-covid) and already knew the atmosphere was just my kind of vibe.
While the bar beverages weren't as great as I remember, the entrees were so delicious. I ordered the glazed salmon. Can we have a quick moment to just pay homage to those parmesan grits? Because OMG. So good. Everything else that came with the dish was also fantastic, but I'll be dreaming about those grits for awhile.

This isn't really a regular review, but a winter dining review! My husband and I were looking to get out of the house and noticed that the Revelry has outdoor igloos with a limited dining and drink menu for the winter months. There are several other area restaurants doing outdoor igloos or patio seating during the winter months, but quite a few places had non-refundable deposits and food/drink minimums. We were pleased to see that Revelry didn't require these, and immediately booked a reservation!
They have 2 igloos that can be reserved for 60-minute intervals. They kept tightly to

My husband made reservations for our anniversary here and we enjoyed the ambiance outside. We ordered a variety of food including appetizers and entrees. Everything was good. The crab cake sandwich was amazing. I wasn't a fan of the fried green tomatoes. They were thin, served under temp and the sauce was overwhelming. My husband loved his steak and chicken entrees. I am glad that we requested to eat outside because I felt that it was the best decision considering the alternative. We did see several patrons and a full bar having drinks and socializing, without masks, during our check in.

Came here at opening for brunch this past weekend and had a great experience. Staff was very flexible for our large group of 10 and did a great job keeping track of everyone's drinks and meals, including some dietary restrictions. I had the Chicken and Waffles, which was very good. Chicken was crispy and a little fatty, which I liked. Seemed like chicken thigh meat, which everyone knows is the most juicy and tender and no bones! Waffle was slightly cool, so I wish that was definitely. However, the honey butter to put on it was awesome and made up for the low temp.
