Wasn’t happy with the service I received from a staff member so I came back to have the doctor take a look and tell me what we could do to fix the issue, and the service was horrible. I received three very very small samples and was told the product would help to instead of it taking 6 months to go away on its own, it would take 3-4 months. No one, not even the person who scheduled my appointment apologized for anything. Horrible customer service and I will not be back. I won’t even discuss the wait time because I think there’s only one doctor there. But the customer service makes all the

Dr. Scales removed some of my lipomas and left huge scars. Terrible job stitching. Seemed to be extremely flustered and the cutting that should have been over in 20-25 minutes lasted twice that amount of time. I've shown medical professionals throughout the years to get their assessments and they all agree: shameful workmanship especially coming from a dermatologist.

I have been receiving Botox and Xeomin for over 10 years all around the US and Anay Castro is one of the best practitioners I have seen for cosmetic injections. Her knowledge and skill in administration and site selection resulted in one of the best outcomes with no bruising or swelling. The results were spectacular without any need for touch ups.

I recently went in for a minor procedure on my scalp and Dr. Scales and his team could not have been more professional or welcoming. Dr. Scales assessed me very expertly and performed the procedure in a deft manner. He and the woman assisting him also were personable and funny. I felt no level of nervousness and the procedure went off without a hitch. Definitely recommend.
