Me. Waiting. I love Dr O'Rourke and the Blue Ridge Dermatology practice, but she is running 40 minutes late. My advice, if you work or have other plans... Call before you go.
I'll miss my next meeting or I'll have to leave and wait another month for another appointment.
It also means I probably won't get the time to have the services I need or ask the questions I want to ask.

Waste of time. Set appointment 6 weeks ago for next week only get a message today that my "provider" Dr. Hash would be out of the office and I had to call to reschedule. After two calls and holding for a combined 20 minutes I'm told it will be 8 more weeks for the next opening. Seriously? I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Saw Dr. Nagaraj for a mole removal due to a cancer concern. I asked for an estimate on the cost as a previous practice charged me almost $500. She estimated high and I can honestly say they didn't scam me. What I paid is what I expected. I really liked Dr. Nagaraj she was quick and painless and answered all my questions. Everything healed nicely this time around too.

I would not give any number to this practice at all just because one unprofessional doctor and careless rude staff in Cary location.
First, I saw dr.Lockitz(sorry, if misspelled) twice. First time 5 years ago with my eczema. She only saw me 5 minutes(new patient) and said my condition doesn't have any cure and prescribed vanicream knowing it doesn't help me at all (I told that to her). Then I saw her about a year ago. I forgot the name of the doctor I saw previously, so, I was appointed to see her again. Well, this time I had another reason. To scan my skin and my moles. Especially one, on my

On my most recent visit, I saw my regular Dermatologist, Dr. Katherine O'Rourke. While no one wants to go to the Dr., I can confidently say that my experiences and service from this office get better each time I go. This last visit was thorough, efficient and quick. Wait time was short, with time in the lobby 5-7 minutes, and the same once I got into the examination room. My procedure was so quick and painless, I did not know it had already happened when Dr. O'Rourke said I was good to go. My questions were answered and my ailments helped. This office and Dr. O'Rourke are a good choice for you

This was my first visit with Blue Ridge Dermatology. My appointment was with Dr. Cathcart at their Cary Parkway location. I was called back timely, but because of some recent health issues, I was having difficulty getting onto the exam table. No problem. My wife and I were taken to another exam room that better accommodated my current health. I didn’t start a stopwatch then, but it sure seemed as though Dr. Cathcart knocked shortly after I got settled. The nurse who’d helped us earlier, as well as Dr. Cathcart, were both personable and professional. My full-body exam went smoothly although
