What is a French bistro? What makes a bistro genuine? What separates a bistro from a restaurant or cafe? Pull up a chair and allow me to shed some light on the history of these fascinating restaurations. Many have heard the term "bistro" before, but few know the history and understand the draw of such establishments.

We made reservations for of all days...Valentines day! I should have known when the reservation times were WIDE OPEN...that something was wrong. The menu on their web site looked great! The menu we got upon sitting down....not so much. There was nothing actually “French” on the menu unless you count the French onion soup. Nothing that we wanted to try was on the menu. No cheese plate...no charcuterie plate...no duck...I asked if they had any pate laying around??? I was told the quality would have suffered if they had to make it in a large quantity....OK! The restaurant was empty! When our appetizers

I was very excited about trying this restaurant. Unfortunately, I ended up very disappointed with the service, dinner menu, and lack of drink menu. The website is very misleading. I do believe this restaurant has a lot of potential. I hope they can improve things and be successful. I personally would not return with how things currently are. Two stars only because the food was good.

Came here for lunch on veterans day - had the place to ourselves and personal attention from the chef! We got the mussels as an app which was plenty for three people and I got the trout which was delicious and very tender. A chocolate truffle rounded out the meal. A little pricey, so not an everyday stop, but definitely worth checking out!

It was our first time dining there and the experience was great!
Service was exceptional. We were greeted and seated immediately as we came in. Both the server and chef were friendly and attentive throughout the night. They explained thoroughly about the specials of the evening and visited our table multiple times to see if were were doing well.
Food & drink were awesome. Everything we had was good and made from fresh ingredients. We had charcuterie plate and grilled octopus for starters. The quality of octopus was exceptional and it had a great texture. For entree, I had a veal chop stuffed

This place was awesome. I enjoyed everything about the meal. Even my kids (11,16) couldn’t complain. The chef actually seated us which was a nice twist. He was very warm and friendly as was the rest of the staff. They staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the French onion soup, steaks, crab cakes, and beef. All were excellent! Oh and don’t pass up on the desserts... I think we found a new favorite restaurant.

My date and I were greeted instantly and our reservation was valid (meaning the table was ready and we didn't have to wait despite making one). The cocktails were mixed perfectly - just the right amount of alcohol to other ingredients.
To start, we had the pork belly and lump crab cake. Both had the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and complex flavors.
For entrées, I enjoyed a lamb shank with old fashioned potatoes, and he had the duck l'orange.
To finish off the perfect meal, I had the poached pear and he had crème brûlée. Both very rich, but with delightful flavors. The chef came out
