We take you from where you are to where you want to be. We offer flexible (get it) programs that allow you to get your training in. Mix and match your workouts - sometimes with others, sometimes one on one, out in the sun or focused in the gym. And take advantage of our nutrition and health expertise.
Flex Revolution is a fitness training company based in Long Beach and serving Torrance, Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and other areas of Los Angeles. With 13 years of professional personal training experience, Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant, Kevin McDowell brings his effective combination of personal training skills and strategies to your personal fitness training plan.
We believe in treating our clients like family and work to understand their emotional and physical needs. I've been coming to Kevin for a year now. Prior to that I was going to a gym where they wouldn't really work with me because of my age. Being in my 50s I have more needs than a lot of people at the gym.
We find it most effective for our clients to enroll in monthly programs because training is about consistency, keeping motivated, and having a trainer who helps you stay accountable for your workouts. In general, our clients do 2-3 classes a week. All programs include initial goal setting session, gym workouts, outdoor training options, quarterly assessments and nutrition counseling.
