DhyanYoga is a community for people to meet for Spiritual Growth, Wellness, & Celebrating Life. A DhyanYoga, we gather to meditate, practice yoga, chant, dance, kirtan, relax, and embrace all the colors of the rainbow which make our inner and outer life richer. DhyanYoga is a Non-profit Organization and offers a variety of courses and programs to create a space to promote all dimensions of spiritual growth.

DhyanYoga holds many daily classes and events focused on wellness of body, mind, and beyond. DhyanYoga located in Greater Washington DC Area atCentreville, VA. DhyanYoga provides a perfect setting to have convenience to commute to work & dream like settings for meditation with 1568 acres of reserve green at Bull Run Regional Park.

DhyanYoga Wellness Center is a not for profit organization (501(c) nonprofit pending). We conduct weekly meditations and organize meditation camps and retreats open to the general public. We welcome & appreciate donations in order to keep the center up and running. By Participation in any of the drop-in classes and drop your donation in the drop-box at DhyanYoga Wellness Center.
No, there is no dress code though for some events/classes like yoga, meditations, tai-chi loose clothing is recommended. No, DhyanYoga is open faith spiritual community where we get together to enhance our inner journey by embarrassing all colors of rainbow.

Admist the day to day hustle and bustle of Northern Virginia, we gather as a community to keep up with a consistent meditation practice. The style and time of the daily meditation will change from time to time and will be announced here. First stage (10 mins): Breathing chaotically through the nose, let breathing be intense, deep, fast, without rhythm, with no pattern - and concentrating always on the exhalation.
The "Bliss Program" is designed for individuals who want to take time away from their day to day lives and experience living amongst an intentional community. It's an opportunity to spend time away from it all to focus our energies onto ourselves. Kitchen access for breakfast and lunch and prepared dinner with the members of the community.
