We are a fully equipped Pilates studio with large and small apparatus including Core-Align, Oov and a Rock Walk, originally designed by Deborah Marcus and Katja Simona. As a new student, a fitness screening and definition of goals is part of your first session. If Pilates has been recommended by a health or fitness professional, communication with that professional will help to inform the design of your Pilates program and practice.
