Studio 4 Pilates
Certified Nutrition Consultant, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Balanced Body trained in the Bodhi Suspension System Fundamentals. I am an educator in whole-body and mind health through Pilates and nutrition. My passion is to empower adults and children to know how to care for themselves through natural methods.

I do this as owner and operator of Studio 4, nutrition consulting and teaching Pilates. I have been a Certified Nutrition Consultant since 2015 from Bauman College. As a NC I work both privately and in groups to teach how to use food in promoting overall health as well as slowing the progression of illness.

The landmarks you want to look for are the Texaco gas station and Flying Fish Grill right off 92. Turn into the parking lot behind those two businesses and we're the green building in the back. Pilates is a movement methodology created by a man named Joseph Pilates. Joe originally named the method "Contrology" because it was designed for you to have complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit.
Our team is available online and in our studio which is located in Half Moon Bay, California. Studio 4 offers diversity in classes, instruction and equipment which means more options to progress your movement. This is great if you are recovering from injury or illness as well as looking to enhance your performance through Pilates.
We believe in creating positive shifts in health through whole foods and doing it based on science. This is gimmick-free, fad-free education and lifestyle learning to make changes that help you promote optimal health in everyday life. Natasha is a Certified Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College.
Our goal is to help you learn what you need to reach your goal and feel your best as quickly as possible - and begin to create new habits and patterns that will last for a lifetime of flourishing health. After an intake of your health history, looking at your preferences, goals and food journals - Natasha creates a customized plan for you.
We're a team that has been drawn to teach movement because life without it just wasn't complete. Joe Pilates knew that being physically fit meant more than just large muscles. He knew it was our ability to be balanced and strong enough to do things with 'zest and pleasure'. Our passion for teaching started over 15 years ago when we were founded as a Pilates studio.

Life Changing!
I have quite a sweet tooth, to the point I was eating candy for breakfast everyday.
I mention this to someone, who told me that Studio4 Pilates in Half Moon Bay also did nutrition consulting. I choose the 3-month option and it has changed my life more than I ever expected. Natasha customizes the program to your needs and concerns. We met every other week to discuss what I had done, needed to improve on or what I could add to my new healthier life style. The check-ins helped me stay accountable and to make these changes part of my everyday life. She started with giving me a recipe

I've been coming for years and the instructors have helped me after 3 major orthopedic surgeries and 2 frozen shoulders. Staff is well trained, knowledgable and always work around my limitations. I feel stronger and more balanced without ever adding to my injuries. I'm doing more than I ever thought I could do. What's not to love?

My first time at Pilates I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Natasha made me feel welcome and at ease. It was fun! The staff helped me adapt for my body and didn't push me to do any more. I have already signed up for more classes! Thank you Studio 4 Pilates (:

I've been a client at studio 4 for about 8 years now, and have to say it is hands down the best pilates studio around. my first 4 years of pilates i commuted to hmb from san francisco after trying several different pilates studios/instructors and being less than impressed. the instructors at studio 4 are HIGHLY trained, attending regular workshops to expand their vast knowledge of the body, movement and physical fitness.

i'm a former elite athlete (swimmer) and have worked with world class coaches and athletes my whole life. i fell in love with fletcher pilates at studio 4 after retiring

Executive summary: Studio4 has some of the nicest and most motivating teachers, and they know pilates and human structure and can articulate well. Overall the best workout and strength building exercise you can do for overall health, and a dang great place to do it at.
Longer version: I felt compelled to start pilates last fall and after a few talks with several teachers at Studio 4 I realized it was more than just a workout.
