The Academy of Ballet & Dance Arts and Age-Less Body Pilates Studio in Lake Oswego provides a unique dance and Pilates experience for students of all ages. With a focus on fostering the love of dance and whole mind and body health, we offer professional instruction to all who have a desire to learn.
At the Academy of Ballet and Dance Arts (ABDA), we're dedicated to providing quality, professional dance and ballet instruction to students of all skill and age levels - pre-school to adult - building a solid foundation in classical ballet while fostering a love of dance.
Our ballet classes are carefully designed, based on the Royal Academy of Dance method with a focus on progressive development rather than age group, allowing the dancer to progress in stages.When classes are implemented through safe and correct instruction, children, whose bodies are not yet fully developed, are protected from the damage that can result from poor teaching.

The Academy of Ballet & Dance Arts offers both non-curriculum and curriculum-based dance and ballet classes. From dance exploration for toddlers to adult ballet for all levels, ABDA offers classes to inspire movement, musicality and love of dance. Our curriculum classical ballet classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance method, and carefully designed syllabi focused on progressive ballet training.
Girls - hair must be neatly pulled back, away from the face and off the neck, pinned securely in a bun or braids. Dance Boutique - Academy of Ballet & Dance Arts regulation dancewear - including leotards, tights, shoes, and hair accessories - is available on-site at our ABDA Dance Boutique. The amazing benefits of Pilates are available to anyone at the Age-Less Body Pilates Studio. Most Pilates body conditioning exercises can be modified to accommodate everyone from the complete newcomer to the most elite athlete. By utilizing a combination of mat and apparatus such as props or the Reformer, Pilates can improve your total well-being no matter your age, shape or experience level.
