Most talented Pilates and higher level practice in Portland. Period. You will find a face that is warm and welcoming, a hug and a pre-thought out, with adjuncts as needed/desired, series of movements that leave you feeling long, lean, tall, light, opened up, cheerful, and light hearted. You personally will not find another Pilates, or otherwise, teacher as kind, polite, gentle, willing to allow you to take a journey as your body transforms, nor will you find one professionally that litterally orchestrates a symphony with your body.

I was in Portland for conferences and Jessica Schultz Pilates was awesome to schedule me for three private lessons so I could maintain my practice. Open evenings and easily the best rates I have ever seen at any Pilates studio!
I had a great experience working with Elena. She provides easy to follow calls and cues and pushed me just the right amount. The workout was varied and we worked with all the machines to help stretch my back. Super professional, super fun! If I am ever back in Portland, I have my Pilates studio.

The pain that I had in my back is gone and I only do my home exercises about once or twice a week. My instructor, Elena, is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and always has good ideas about how to make my back feel better. She is funny, too. I have a duo every week but it feels like a private class. I highly recommend this studio. It is small and compact and not filled with a lot of equipment that you don
