In 2014 I worked with Brad to sell my house in the Highlands and buy a new home. I interviewed many real estate agents before deciding upon Brad, he gave me very sensible advice regarding the renovations that needed to be done to make my house more marketable, and I knew he knew the area (I had lived in the Highlands since the early 90s and was used to seeing his real estate signs all over). Getting my house ready for sale was a long and arduous process, and Brad was there every step of the way. Bradford is a class act! Teiah Cox helped me sell my condo in 2013 and did a phenomenal job. She really helped me every step of the way and I sold it for far more than I ever dreamed I could.
Keep in mind, this is a one bedroom condo at a fairly low price point- in other words, Teiah did not get that large of a commission. However, this didn't diminish the effort she put into helping me make as much money as possible off my condo. I highly recommend working with Bradford (especially Teiah).

They advised us on what things to fix or replace around our house.
They referred professional and affordable experts for these fixes.

Brad Lewis was AMAZING in the sale of our Lohi home. We had such a hard time parting with it as we had lived there for eleven years and restored it completely. We laid a challenge on Bradford Real Estate in early December - find us a house and close no later than the 2nd week of January. We knew this was crazy, so we did not have high hopes when we flew out to Denver from CA to look at homes for only TWO days.
Diane Clow picked us up on the first day and showed us a long list of homes. These homes were not the perfect fit but in the process, she took the time to figure us out and what our preferences are. We found her to be very down-to-earth and very perceptive.

Bradford is kind of stuck up, but somehow they manage to find the most awesome places on the market. Don't be surprised if they treat you like you're gutter poor if you are buying a place for under $150,000.
But man, the sweetest places are on their website. The site is really easy to navigate and has tons of pictures.
They are a great searching tool to use if you are looking for the Capitol Hill area.
