I had an interview for their dementia unit on April 3rd. Amy who is charge of hiring interviewed me and hired me on the spot. She told me orientation would either be the 8th or 22nd. She didnt think she would be able to fit me into the 8th, but said she would try and would call me back. She never called so I called her on the 8th to see if I was going to be going to the orientation on the 22nd. She didnt even remember who I was then tried saying she was waiting on my background check. I had to call repeatedly the whole week before the 22nd and she w oi uldnt return my phone call. I ended up calling

I am an expert on nursing homes My Grandmother Had Parkinson's disease at an early age and me and my mother travel throughout Chicago nursing homes to visit her most were very bad some were okay, years later when my mom wound up in a nursing home close to this one I got her out of there quick and once she made it here I could not believe the care that she was given and the cleanliness, I didn't believe a place like this existed please don't stop doing what you're doing
