Additionally, Crestview Manor contracts an on-call, 24/7 physician to ensure our resident's needs are met.

I don’t know how they treat their patients at this facility but I do know first hand how they treat their employees. First off the employees are understaffed and under payed for what management expects from their employees. My husband was one of two males hired to work for the facility in the past 10 years. They discriminate against male nurses. My husband was only employed a month before he was forced out of the facility. They force you out before your there long enough to get your bonus pay. Like I said they discriminate against male employees/nurses. Just a warning to all males who apply to
