I had both of my tires of my Tesla go out on the 101 S the other day and in a panic, called AAA and sent it over to Bo's Imports where I directly spoke with Mohammed there. Mohammed was absolutely wonderful and quick in communicating everything with me from the damage to cost of tires + service, including suggesting that I should also directly reach out to Tesla first to see if it would cost any differently to see if it would help me save money (which it did). Along with that, he let Tesla mobile services use the area to complete the tire repairs for me! I had a lot of fun chatting with him

My daughter's car was disabled on the freeway when a piece of metal debris punctured her gas tank. These guys were great, working with AAA to fix the car, and get it returned to us in another town in California! We could not have asked for better help! They are AAA quality!

From start to finish, Bo's Imports handled all the details of repairing my car, working with AAA, insurance quotes, and logistics. Mohamed even personally drove my car (2 hours away) to drop it off at our home when the repairs were done, on his own time, on a Saturday! Incredible service- I was treated like family. Super appreciative of the team there.

I've been coming here for years. Getting the wife's Q5 services done here since it's warranty has been up. Nothing but honest work for a reasonable price. I have also been bringing my Porsche Macan S to them as well and they don't just overcharge because they see the badge. Truly honest reliable people. Highly recommend them for all of your needs.

Long overdue review, I would first like to say that they do excellent work, they know their stuff but they charge way too much, I have been bringing my cars here for years but I won't anymore, this place always try to get you to do way more then you need by scaring you into making unneeded costly repairs, I can go on but I won't, but they do fantastic work, if you know about cars, you should go, if you don't I would stay away

My Audi Q7 broke down suddenly and AAA towed me to Bo's Imports. Mohammed gave me a diagnostic and a quote within the hour, which was very reasonable. The scope of work was heavy, but he finished on time and on budget. The car was ready just two days later. Overall a very pleasant experience. Mohammed was a stud. Highly recommend Bo's for anyone looking for professional quality service at a fair price. We all know good ones are hard to find.

I was going to go to Hayward Honda, but thank the heavens I didn't!
So I opted for what every broke millennial does: look up what Costco can do for my poor little Honda Civic ! And they referred me to Bo' Imports! This little gem is tucked away near the larger streets so I had to canvas a little.
The technician who worked on my car was so friendly and polite; he explained to me the things my car needed after performing the routine checkup. Due to the horrendous fires recently, the filters in my poor little car worked overtime

My cousin took her car in here because it wasn't starting. After they fixed it, it started spewing liquid everywhere. When I took it back, they said I had leaks everywhere, which was never a problem before. I took it to another mechanic and he said that Bos imports and lied and my car was just fine. Cleaned up the extra liquids that were added and my car drove well.

Never take it to these guys. I had to get my brakes fixed on my BMW X1 and they charged me 1000 dollars to get them done. First the brakes were not fixed and they were squeaking hard braking everywhere. They damaged my wheel lock for my car didn't put 2 wheel locks on the front tires. They said they put BMW ordered parts but when I went to another place to get the squeaking fixed they said they put "cheap parts" and threw them together so they weren't meshing well when braking. Warn you, these guys take your money and "fix" the problem. DO NOT GO HERE

This place is no longer owned by Bo but instead owned by a man named Pravi who took over ownership in recent years. In the past, Bo and his team would take great care of either my dad's old Pontiac or Volvo and I could drive either car after getting it serviced and know that the job would be done right.
I kept that same expectation taking my dad's Volvo here in 2019 and after learning about the new ownership, I hoped the quality of work would be the same. Nope. After taking it in to examine my check engine light, I was told the circuitry was messed up and I'd have to buy a replacement

My 2013 toyota Corolla had a broken transmission, and bringing it into Bo's Imports saved my car as they fixed it right up, at a very reasonable price and without any hiccups, in only 5 days! Not to mention, since I havent driven the car in almost 7 montha, that they checked mt tires, oil, radiator, etc. The person who attended to me, Mohammed, was very kind and friendly, as was all the staff who interacted with me there (one mechanic went out of his way during his breaktime to help move a car out of the way so I could safely back up). I cannot thank them enough, and am extremely grateful

I had been calling around looking for someone to do a brake job on my car bc I of course had procrastinated until the very last minute to where my brakes were metal on metal and grinding. I was hoping for the best when I found out that Bo's Imports sold to new management because I have been going to Bo's for years...
I recently went in for a simple oil change and basic inspection. After this, my car began to smell. I called immediately to let them know the issue. So, I went back again for them to fix the issue...
Very disappointed that they said everything was fine when clearly my car has not been the same. Oil change gone wrong?!
I will NOT be returning!!
I definitely miss the original owner + team!!
