This is an aptly named company. All interactions were professional from the first phone call through the completion of the move. They were upfront as to all anticipated charges and there were no surprises in the final invoice. However, I was most impressed with the care and professionalism exhibited by the crew. They were very cautious in the handling of our furniture and premises so as to not cause any damage to either. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was looking for movers and couldn’t find any availability for the time I needed. But Professional Movers fit me into their already busy schedule. Ian and Mac were great! They were quick and efficient and very nice. I didn’t worry about anything being damaged. I would highly recommend Professional Movers for your next move!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your stellar professional team helped to move my parents into their retirement apartment without a hitch, and with a sincere smile. The team was timely, diligent, professional and so, so very personable from start to finish. There were also spot on with the estimate, so no surprises. Professional movers made a… stressful time so much easier and we give you the biggest thanks for that. They also made our move much greener and eco-friendly with the rental crate service which was not only important to us but significantly eased our move.

I had the best moving experience of my life with this company. (John was the foreman and he was amazing -but every delivery guy on the six-person team was great.) This was a big, hectic move with some nice furniture I was nervous about, lots of heavy stuff, and a few things with cracks that I was especially nervous about making worse by moving. Also tons of kid stuff, big mirrors, an embarrassing amount of boxes/bins etc. (We are the opposite of minimalists.) These movers made it seem simple somehow. Awesome team! Jim, Donovan, Ian & Mac were all very friendly, polite and respectful to us and our home. They made sure all the doors, stair rails and floors were well protected. They were very hardworking and got the job done in less time than planned. We would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed!

I had a last-minute requirement for a furniture move. The company I usually used for my moving needs was not able to accommodate in such short notice. I reached out to Professional Movers since they were a small business in my community. It was a great experience, from the first phone call to arrange the consultation through the entire move. Don was on time for the consultation and provided a quote when promised, which was very reasonable. On moving day, I was called a couple hours before my appointment time and told that one of the movers was ill and they were getting another mover sent out,

Our fifth move with Bradley (and Vicky) and crew: beyond professional and respectful in every way. While moving is never easy or fun, they take extreme care moving every piece and seem to know instinctively where each should go in the new house. And they leave you relaxed and smiling. Amazing. They need no micro-managing. Plus they are organized and waste no time. I've been stunned at how quickly they get us settled in. Of course they've been at this business for many years and they know how to do it right. Can't imagine using any other movers. These folks are the best!!!

I have not been able to use the service, but only because my request for a quote hasn't been answered. Looking at other ratings, this is probably a good company, but they haven't replied to my request. 3 other companies managed to get back to me same day, so I'm just going to use someone else or rent my own truck and do it myself.

This review is based solely on lack of communication. I had left 2 messages on the voice-mail, 1 message with someone that answered on a Saturday afternoon and said no one was in the office and someone would call me on Monday (no one ever called, it's now Saturday), and used that little questionnaire on their website twice to have someone contact me. No one ever called or emailed.
All I wanted was someone to come by and give me a free estimate like it says they do in their website. I finally got a hold of someone yesterday. They said it would take 3-5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment

From the quote with Don Crowley, to the pack with Dan and the move with Dan and Vince everything went smoothly! The truck was running late on arrival on move day due to an internal issue, I was notified promptly of this issue as it was happening, and they arrived on time at the new est time. Everything was packed very well, preventing any breakage and shifting damage. Everything arrived safe! Blankets, bubble wrap, pack paper and boxes-the estimate of these materials was spot on from Don and the quote as well! No surprises with anything, Great communication and crew!
