We live at 18812 Building. About 3 months ago when some people move in a lot of problems start happening. A LOT of packages stolen, fights in front of building all time!!! Always something bad is happening. Police is here almost every week. We already contact the office, but they didn’t Absolut nothing about it! Very disappointed, we gonna move pretty soon. I don’t recommend this place for nobody!!!

Beautiful property. Plenty of fresh air, green grass, trees, lake near by.
Apartments floor plans are well done. And the place is clean and modern.
Erica at the leasing office was spectacular! Really made us feel welcome immediately.
With a big smile she explained everything, answered all our questions, with confidence and kindness.
She helped make our decision easy and left us with no doubts about where we wanted to call home.

Worst apartment to rent out at 3:30 people come sit in the balcony in my building making noise and have party when I tell them please stop they do more. I will move out here soon and will never recommend this apartment to any one ,I been here more then one year. I always had problems with something.

I came in a few weeks ago looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. The young lady Erica was truly helpful and informative. She took her time with my son and I. As soon as its closer to our move in date in March she will be the first person that I call. The model was lovely. Community was so quiet and clean.

Great place to live,quiet and a pretty secure environment.Lived here for 3 years and saw a change of ownership which brought in this group of managers.
Monique,Erica in the front office and John(maintenance sup) are the trio holding up this place per myself and a bunch of resident feedback

Cherry Knoll Apartments is a wonderful community! This community delivers on its promises. I can always count on professional and fast maintenance service. I am always provided with exceptional customer service whenever there’s a problem (which has been very rare). I have dealt with major life changing events that have affected my living… arrangements in this community; management at Cherry Knoll have always gone ABOVE and BEYOND in assisting in such matters. All in all, this is a wonderful place to live. Quiet neighborhood. Near shopping center and great elementary schools.

Moved in 39 days ago and do not regret the decision. Best office staff I have dealt with – professional and responsive. Shout out to Erica and Monique!!!!!! Erica THANK YOU for working with me (I know am picky 😊). Cherry Knoll is the top apartment complex to live in by far. The 1 BDR-LVR unit is spacious. Ground and building are well maintained. The facility offers several bonuses, including security entrance to the complex, friendly walking neighborhood close by lake/post office/Holy Cross urgent care, and shopping center. Stop by and see for yourself and speak to Erica!!

Cherry knoll Apartments is a great property to live. This is my second year living here and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect and you can be on the highway in less than 4min. There are plenty of shopping stores close by including the outlets and the RIO so you don’t have to travel far for groceries, pharmacy, entertainment and fine dining.
More about the property is the buildings are secure. Also, there is plenty of parking and you can even get a reserved parking. In the morning I always see the grounds, maintenance and housekeeping cleaning and gardening. In the spring you can see

We really appreciate the care of the apartments and residents. We are happy with the parking passes. They definitely keep the grounds looking good. We also appreciate the notices of when they will be coming to our apt.. The staff is amazing.
