SPRING INTO ACTION!!!!! Yesterday there was a fire in one of the units in my building. The way all of the staff worked together was nothing short of amazing. Literally the entire leasing staff came over. The maintenance man (sorry I don’t know his name) instinctively followed safety measures. Grabbing the extinguisher, doing his part. All of this before the fire department showed up.
Someone left an unattended pot on the stove. But everyone was safe.

As soon as I was notified that I had been approved for the move-in, I walked through again and made a list of several items that needed to be done and that was about a month ago. My move-in date was November 1st. None of the items that I had listed and given to the rental office has been taken care of. About 2 weeks later I advise the rental office that those items still hadn't been taken care of and assumed that they would then be, however they still have not been done. I don't know if this post is the proper platform to leave the list of the items that need to be taken care of or not so I am

The Park at Kingsview Village is an awesome place to live. It is peaceful, it is safe and the staff is amazing. It is a very nice place to raise your kids.
You also enjoy rapid response on maintenance request.

Lived at this apartment for more than 12 years and never before encountered the issues I mention below with any of the previous leasing companies. Now there is always an excuse and inconsistent information/messages from the office. When I brought up an issue with my renewal lease to one of the staff members on 3/27, I was told me it would be taken care of on Monday (3/29).
It wasn't when I returned to the office on 3/29 and I received a different explanation. Then when I brought my signed renewal lease back that Friday (4/2), I was told the renewal lease would be definitely ready for pick up the

Lived here for nearly 2 years. Lovely place, great location! The front staff are awesome and will do what they can to help in most situations!! The maintenance staff is nearly perfect. From an emergency lack of hot water at 10pm, to a toilet that needed leveling and put in over the course of several hours, the staff here is absolutely on the ball with any problem! Exceptionally convenient to Giant, Starbucks, pizza, and sushi! The pool is nice, the gym is meh..but it has a gym!! The apartments are well laid out and very spacious, the appliances are a little dated, but all you will need!!
