I lived here for 2 years and it was by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. All of the positive reviews you see are spot on. I have lived at several apartment complexes over the past 10 years and they all had something in common “bad management”. Always rude and in attentive and made it seem as if you were just an inconvenience.

I lived at Beacon Place for nine years and I had a great experience – I highly recommend living here. Some of the highlights for me: My apartment was quiet and comfortable; there were plenty of parking spaces available, so it was convenient for friends and family to visit; convenient location with restaurants, groceries, and gas stations nearby; nice scenic places (e.g., small lakes) to walk to nearby; my utility costs were low during both summer and winter; attractive rent prices; I often used the gym that was available 24/7; etc. I would say the best part of living here, though, is the excellent

I recently moved from Beacon Place - but wanted to make sure I left some 5-star reviews around. I’ve LOVED living at Beacon Place - so much so that I stayed for 14+ years. Of course, you cannot beat the location in the Kentlands with its convenience, charm, and beauty. And the residences are well appointed, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. And the staff...! They are fantastic. They are so responsive, kind, and helpful. Laurie Dewey the property manager is the absolute best. And there’s Medwin making everything run with a smile. And Raquel, who’s also a delight to work with

I have lived here for 14 yrs, so that in itself suggests it is a pretty good a place to live, however there have been issues. The area is very convenient, but that is not a reflection of the apartment itself, or of the management. The management group seems to change every couple of years. SO comments from the previous year often have little to do with the present. The staff has been courteous for the most part, but not uniformly. The biggest issue I have here is that maintenance has been an problem . Maintenance usually responds quickly but that does not mean that they respond well. AC units are

I’ve been here 5 years and recently moved into a bigger apartment. The staff and service people take such pride in this location- makes it a great place to live. It is so easy to walk to the movies, dinner even shopping. This location is older which makes the trees beautiful- there r nature walks near the Arts Barn. Maintenance crew is great! You have recycling bins besides regular trash. Everyone loves pool season!

Beacon Place is amazing and people who work there are awesome! The complex has a gym, swimming pool and computer room that are not large, but cute, never crowded. One can access the gym and computer room 24 hours a day. Parking is free! There are options for security deposit. Location is perfect. A beautiful lake is only 10 minutes walk from the complex.
Beacon Place staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was our first apartment for my husband and me that we rented in the US, so we knew nothing about renters insurance, utilities companies and contracts, etc. Girls at the office patiently
