Rip off don't work with you take you application fee which is 50 dollars then they never get back with you worst 50 dollars ever spent thank god found a beautiful apartment in sayer flats for 500 less a month than these one bedrooms and an amazing location , all I ask is for communication during these times

I have been in the Spectrum for 6 months. I love it here! Theres a gym down the hall from me with all the equipment I could ever need for workouts. There's a movie theater for residents. There's an additional gym in the other building. Great location.
The two terraces offer great outdoor space. The actual look and feel of the building and community is aesthetically beautiful. Great views of Gaithersburg and the skyline.
The actual apartment has tall 10 foot ceilings. Great stainless steel appliances.

They allow people to smoke weed in Paramount West. Been complaining to the front office for months about weed smell from (225)and all they have done is send out an email and put letters on doors. Literally told them where to find the issue when they asked to help them out and nothing was done to investigate

We have live in the Majestic Apartments in Spectrum Town Center for approx. 3 years and will be signing a lease for our 4th year. We love it here. We love the security, the parking garage, the elevators...these were things that were important to us. But there's more. The apts are wonderful. You have in unit washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, quick response to any maintenance issues, or other issues brought to the attention of the staff. There is 4 great restaurants right outside our doors along with nail and hair salons and dry cleaners. The location is great. And soon to get

This place is a mess and tenants who want to do whatever they want know that there is no one paying attention to rules or regulations. Fourth floor always smells like weed, people put out their trash in the hallways not during trash times, people park with no permits in the garage and sometimes not even in spots, there's no security walking around at night when people are up to no good (at least at the Majestic). This location needs sooooo much more organization. Poor and I mean POOR communication between "management" and tenants. They said vague emails no specifying anything and

I have been living here since May of this year. At first, we were a little concerned regarding the reviews. We checked this place out a couple times before signing the lease. The complex is beautiful and the staff's very friendly.
It's been about 3 months since we moved in and we love being here. The location is great- only a few minutes from 270- and fairly close to grocery stores, restaurants and the mall. This apartment/town center area is beautiful. I have lived here now for 2 years, and I just renewed for one more. The first thing that really shines in determining which apartment to live at is the maintenance and the staff in my opinion. Everything is brand new, but on the occasions that there was something that needed to be fixed, it was always taken care of within 24 hours. You can even submit the request easily online. All of the staff, from management to cleaning personal are professional and friendly. Barry, the building manager, is especially helpful. This will not be the cheapest

We received a coupon from CA tortillas and we decided to take a walk at the paramount apartment after our lunch at CA tortillas. A great informative session with Berry and We received a great tour and it is a great established apartment campus. A lot of activities and amenities for the residents. I would like to move in after the tour..

Been living here for almost a year, and my experience has been almost uniformly positive. I'm surprised to see so many reviews complaining about the staff, because I have had nothing but good interactions with them. There has been a lot of turnover in the office, but that's been the norm in my experience when it comes to apartments. Everyone has been helpful and courteous, and they humor my dog when she comes to visit, which she likes to do several times a week. I haven't always gotten a prompt notification about a delivery, but I've seen how many packages they deal with on

This apartment complex has been an nightmare. Nothing is up yet. California Tortilla was suppose to be up by July and until today, it still isn't open. The club room has limited hours, the business center has no printer so, there's no point in me using the computers in there, no alcoholic beverages in the clubroom and the terrance which sucks.
Management is horrible. I barely see the property manager and the leasing consultants never know anything when you ask them questions or they usually just give you b.sed answers just so you can leave the office.

Still haven't received my check and no one, not even the manager, can give me even an estimate of a date of when I'll get it.
The manager Megan said that the check had been mailed overnight on 8/14, but I haven't gotten anything in my mailbox or the mail room in my current apartment. Called back twice to verify that they have the correct mailing address and they do.
Have placed multiple calls and left multiple messages to the staff there and it's always the same story of reassuring me that someone will call me back, but no one ever does.
This place sucks.
