Thanks for stopping by. I'm Lisa Parker and I've been baking for clients for over 20 years. In 2013 I had my mid-life adventure, took a train to Chicago and enrolled in the four month L'Art du Gteau program at the French Pastry School to hone my cake decorating skills.

The adventure continues as I learn new things every day about how to run my business, manage social media, network with other vendors and get to know my clients from all over the country.I'm always trying new recipes and techniques. Fillings and frostings include but are not limited to: vanilla buttercream, raspberry, strawberry or passionfruit buttercream, white chocolate cream cheese, salted caramel buttercream, dark chocolate ganache, caramel buttercream, brown sugar buttercream, house-made raspberry, strawberry or blueberry jam, fresh fruit.

I highly recommend Lisa to make your wedding cake!. I gave her a picture that I found online of the way we wanted our cake to look, Lisa made it come to life and the one she made was more beautiful than in the picture. Everyone at my wedding was so amazed and could not stop raving about how beautiful the cake and prop she used was.

Liza and Patrick were engaged in Paris and got married by the sea at the Driftwood Inn on Bailey Island, Maine. Their cake featured anchor medallions, roping, piped fleur de lis and a custom monogram. Lisa is amazing at her work! She is very easy to work with and listens to exactly what kind of wedding you are having and what cake would fit into the theme.
