Drawing from years of study in movement and the healing arts, I have developed a unique holistic system (Cre8Balance) that balances and reunites the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. I offer one-on-one sessions in my private Redondo Beach studio by appointment only. Every session is tailored to the clients specific needs based on their "today" body (current energy level: physical, mental and emotional condition).

I have a bad back, uncooperative knees, a stubborn neck, and very little agility. I have been taking pilates classes for over 15 years, and Andrea is one of the best teachers I have had. Andrea has been one of the most positive and powerful influences in my life. I have been seeing Andrea for private pilates and healing sessions every week for 16 years. Andrea is one of the best instructors at Yoga Works. She is the reason I kept my membership at the studio. Her class has helped me immensely with a head and neck injury from a car accident. Along with strengthening that area I feel my whole body getting stronger especially my core. I have always found Pilates kind of boring as usually the instructors do the same exercises in the same order for each and every class and I always knew what was coming. Not Andrea.
She mixes up the assortment of exercises and also the order they are in. I get a full body workout and look forward to her classes.

Andrea is one of the best fitness instructors I've been to. Her attention to detail along with her deeply caring attitude keeps me coming back to her classes. I've taken her pilates, barre and TRX classes and each one leaves me feeling stronger and more flexible. One thing that makes Andrea unique is that she's always got her eye out to make sure each student is doing the postures correctly and in a way that benefits the body. She's an amazing instructor and really cares about the students. I always look forward to her classes!
